Anyway, once or twice a year they hold the GWAR-B-Que, a very special event enjoyed by anyone lucky enough to find their way to Richmond, VA. Booze, food, and great music.......what else is there?!?
GWAR's headquarters (The Slave Pit) was open to anyone wanting to have a good time. They were even gracious enough to let 18 fairly unknown bands play and share their stuff. Jeremy Smith (sound dude) even let my VERY unknown band play a few songs and embarass ourselves. I wouldn't have cared if we didn't get to play, I was just glad to be there, but getting to play put me in heaven!
