ARTICLES OF FAITH

 

1.      This ministry believes that its basis of faith shall be according to the doctrine of salvation by grace through faith in the cross of Christ (Passover), not by works.

 

2.      This ministry believes in the need for practical holiness and the maintenance of good works (Feast of Unleavened Bread), in the putting off of the old man with his deeds, and in putting on the new man, who after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

 

3.      This ministry believes in the great commission of Jesus Christ to the church to go into all the world and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to every creature (Apostolic Commission).

 

4.      This ministry believes that all scripture contained in the Holy Bible as canonized, to wit sixty-six books in all, thirty-nine in the Old Testament and twenty-seven in the New Testament, is the inspired Word of the living God (Apostolic Authority).

 

5.      This ministry believes in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ as the first born from the dead (First Fruits), to be followed by all faithful saints at the rapture and first resurrection.

 

6.      This ministry believes in the empowering of the Church by the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (Pentecost or Feast of Weeks), to carry out the commandment of Jesus Christ to be witnesses unto Him throughout the world.

 

7.      This ministry believes in the God ordained placement of first Apostles, secondarily Prophets, and thirdly Teachers for the purpose of setting and directing the Kingdom of God in the earth through the building and advancement of the Church (Feast of Trumpets). 

 

8.      This ministry believes in the perpetual deliverance of all believers from the power of evil through a broken and contrite heart full of forgiveness and being forgiven (Day of Atonement).

 

9.      This ministry believes in an ultimate harvest of the earth for God which will be a time of great glory and joy unprecedented in all of history (Feast of Tabernacles).  This season will mark the beginning of the end of the Church age and the onset of the millennial reign of Christ.

 

10.  This ministry believes in the final conflict of evil versus good, which begins at the time that Satan is released from his one thousand-year imprisonment.  At this time the devil will deceive the nations of the world once again and will gather them together to do battle with the Lord and His saints.  God intervenes and evil is stamped out of the universe permanently.  This event is culminated by the Great White Throne Judgment of God at which time all those not found written in the Lamb’s Book of Life will be cast into the Lake of Fire for never ending torment.

 

11.  This ministry believes in the passing away of the present universe and the replacement of the same with a new one that can accommodate the very person of God himself from heaven, who will come and make His home with men for eternity!
