Matt Collins groaned as he pulled the losing straw. He didn�t mind working with Phil Fink, a subcontractor, but the project he�d be working on was awful and none of the programmers wanted any part of it. Of course Phil had his usual attitude that the project wouldn�t be a problem and it would be great when they were done. Now after working on the project Matt knows the best way to get the project done was to sit down face to face with Phil and get it worked out. Little does he know he�s going to get a lot more out of this project than just a promotion.
Phyllis, a.k.a. Phil, couldn�t believe her eyes as she read the email. For years she�d allowed all of her clients to believe she was the great male programmer, good ole� Phil Fink. Actually she preferred it because they gave her more respect. Now she�s staring at an email from Matt asking her if he can fly out to her and finish up the project. Before she can object he decides for them and is on his way, now her secret will be exposed as well as her heart.
I don�t want to give anything in this story but it is a definite must read. Rida Allen has done it once again with her brilliant characterizations and down to earth people dealing with normal situations. The love scenes in �disconnected� are very hot and sensual but she still has an excellent plot that makes this story shine like a blinding light.

Review:
Ms. Lanel has a gift for making her characters come alive. They are so realistic, despite the extraordinary circumstances they encounter, that I bonded with them immediately. Like adding a dollop of liqueur to a well brewed coffee, steamy sex spices up an already rich, tightly woven plot. I couldn't stop reading Enlightened Love. This story from Liquid Silver Books one I will be reading again and again.
