An ancient race who have survived by going into hiding. Their own cousins the humans seek them out to learn of their psychic gifts and to attain them for themself.
Some only seek to keep them as pets. Other's seek to breed their power. The rest wish them harm. Experiementing on the Kilimari to find out what makes them different, while others only wish is to wipe out what they are most afraid of. What they cannot understand, or explain.
