Soulmates
On a cold spring night under a curtain of stars
Blue eyes shine with hopeful daring.
A nurtured flame to fire flaring
Warms lonely souls so lined with scars.
Two women, they were, worlds apart:
The first, a warrior, proud in bearing;
The other, a bard, gentle and caring;
Each a conqueror of the others heart.

A moonlit night of itinerant plans,
Tracing wistful patterns in the skies,
Barriers soon broken, feelings unfurled,
In perfect union theyll link souls and hands,
And a single destiny will arise.
Together, their love will change the world.
