Why is that everytime a new rapper comes on the scene, automatically, everyone's like "Oh, he's my absolute favorite, IlovehimIlovehimIlovehim!!!" I don't understand. Especially 50 Cent. What Chris Rock said at the VMAs is true. All I ever hear about him is "He was shot nine times." That's it.And, he can't rap. I know I don't like rap, but he really has no talent. All he does is speak faster than usual in his songs, which also all sounds the same. Hopefully his fifteen minutes of fame are almost up.

Metallica
The fathers of rock music. What can I say? All of the little wannabe punk rockers say that Metallica has lost their flavor because their new CD doesn't sound exactly the same as their old stuff. But, I say, that's part of being an artist...changing it up a little bit. Look at Jewel. But these guy will rock at any age. If you were really a hardcore Metallica fan like my baby, you would appreciate anything they do. They will never stop being awesome.



	09/01/03 Well well. God, I haven't updated in like, eons. So here I go. Got the coveted Driver's License. FREEEEEEEDOM. I finally learned how to drive my standard. Now I can't driver anything else. I'm officially a college student. I love TCC. It is so different from high school, it's crazy. I finally have secured a fun job. I'm a waitress at Steak N Shake. It is so FUN!!! I love it. I went to the Summer Sanitarium concert with Wes and his parents on Aug. 3. We saw Dylan and Nick there, that was cool. The Deftones SUCKED, all their songs sounded exactly the same. Mudvayne was good. LINKIN PARK ROCKED. Limp Bizkit was awesome, except they didn't play my favorite song. And what can I say about Metallica.....they are GODS. Plus, James is hot. 07/28/03 I drove back to Mesquite from Grand Prairie yesterday. On the freeway. It actually wasn't as bad as I initially thought. I actually drove my little Kia!! Stick shift isn't as hard as I expected. I accelerate faster. So, my dad says my website is "trash" and "full of cussing". blink blink I cussed once in the post on the 22nd. Uh...that's about it.....Bethany's building her own site. It's really cute so far. She actually gave me a coupla ideas for my own. I have my fifth driving lesson today. Woo. Me and Wes went to the movies on Saturday. It was an experiance I don't care to remember. It was just really bad. We were both in bad moods, I think. All we did was argue and fight and yell and cuss. Except for when we were sitting in the movie theater. It was just horrible. Just a bad weekend. My dad's birthday was on Saturday too. I felt so bad for going out, I didn't even know it was his birthday. I'm telling you, I have no sense of time during the summer. 07/22/03 I FINALLY got my damn-ed permit. After a week of empty promises the DPS finally got off of their arses and sent them out. Mine is PRETTY! I actually drove to the mall on Saturday. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Then, I drove home from SuperTarget across the street from the mall. Driving on Cooper is a nightmare, honestly. It's horrible. That's where all the completely STUPID drivers flock. Anywho. I have my first driving time with the instructor tomorrow. Eek. Let's see. Bruiser and Boo Boo got into a fight, and Bruiser lost, my mother tells me. She took a chunk out of his ear and made him all bloody. My poooooooor RAT!!!! shrieking That little furball, I'll kill 'er. 07/14/03 Can't wait for Driver's Ed. tonight. It's fun!! We watch masterpieces in there. GREAT movies. So yeah. Amanda is moving to Colorado with Tommy, apparantly. To live in her aunt's basement. So, I'll be completely stripped of my best friends. Seeing as Jess moved to KY, and Amanda's moving to CO. Ah, life will be just peachy. You know, being alone, and all. I'll still have Wes, at least. Maybe I'll make some buds in college. I've come to the conclusion that bowling is just not my game. I SUCK at it. I suck so much, I should be arrested. I miss my rat. Yes, Wes' birthday was yesterday. He's so old sniff 19 already. I remember when he was 14....bawling I gave him this great Grim Reaper statuatte thing that his dad promptly tried to steal. They raved over how good of a present it was, I felt so special! His parents took us to the resturant on top of Reunion Tower. The resturant SPUN. It was soooo good. The food was excellent. I looked like a rabbit, my plate was completely green, except for the wild rice pilaf. Then we went to Wes' house and ate cake and sang and all that mess. 07/11/03 Damn wiggers in my damn Drivers Ed. class. I hate this stupid 15 year old who's whiter than me, yet he acts like a thug. Grr... I want to beat him with the "Student Driver" sign on the top of the car. I also hate this little 15 year old chick who always wears super short shorts and lets us all see her cellulite on the back of her legs. Ick. She's taken a liking to Whitey. Wes' birthday is the thirteenth. I can't put his present on here cause he'll read it, the little sneak. But, MY birthday is August 1st....BIG 1-8!!! Woot woot! Amanda has FINALLY been reintroduced to the Internet. Yay! I can talk to her again... cursing Six Flags 07/08/03 I HAVE A CAR!!!!!!! She's a pepper red 2001 Kia Sephia. She's BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I already put up my Good Charlotte air freshener and my hawaiian flowers and my pink Mardi Gras beads in the rear view mirror. Oh, Drivers Ed. was boring last night. All the guy did was take up paperwork and give us bookwork. But that's okay. I'm also the oldest one in there. Everyone else is like, 14 and 15. So, I have kind of an advantage (heh heh). Oh, and I added a new thing to the site: Vegetarianism. I also found out that PETA filed a lawsuit against KFC and my dad's company, Yum! Brands, Inc. for false statements regarding their treatment of chickens. Quite interesting. 06/29/03 Okay, I have no excuse. I've been too lazy to update. Nothing's really been happening. Except I start Driver's Ed. on the 7th. scream I'll also have a car waiting for me when I graduate. louder scream That's really about it. Oh, and my father is being absolutely wretched to me. Just because I'm a month away from being 18 and no longer under his control, he feels the need to treat me like a common fleabag. But oh well. He'll get what's coming to him. 06/16/03 The excuse for my long absence is just that I've been in Arizona for a family vacay. But I'm home now,so....bewaaaare.... Hmm. We went to Tombstone, which is where I've decided to move to because it's so damn cool. Ever seen the movie? Rent it. We also went to Kartchner Caverns, where it was a balmy 98 degrees... plus 98% humidity. Great. And, the International Wildlife Museum, the Sonoran Desert Museum, and we saw Finding Nemo and I went shopping. It was pretty cool, all in all. On a more depressing note, I haven't talked to Amanda since graduation. Not one phone call, nor IM, nor e-mail. I'm assuming she's pissed cause I couldn't come to her party thing, but I was kinda mad that she invited me right in front of Wes and when he asked to come, she was like, "Well, only if Tommy comes, then you can come." That was quite mean. Anywho, if she wants to talk to me, she can. The Spurs won the Championship. WOO!! I really didn't care who won as long as the....grr Lakers didn't. Seeing as this entry is really long, I'm going to stop. Oh, wait, my AOL account was broken into. Whoever did it must know me, because my password was my first name, and only my friends know my first name. I also kinda have an idea of who did it, you bastard. Anyone, if you have info, pleeeease tell me. 05/25/03 Mavericks have lost the past two games against the Spurs. Here in Dallas. Dirk is hurt, he might not be back for the rest of the season. Bradley is hurt, he definitely won't be back. So. I think our season's pretty much over. PROM WAS LAST NIGHT!!! It was badasssssss. Even though all they played was rap and two black people won king and queen, as usual. But it was really fun. Tons of pics. After-Prom was even better, in my opinion. It was from midnight to six a.m. and me and Wes stayed the whole time. We played bowling, and unlimited video games, and karoake, and laser tag, and pool, and I won a Gameboy Advance as a door prize. Amanda got a "laundry kit" and an Erykah Badu concert shirt, it was funny. I also saw Josh for the first time in like, ever. He lost a lot of weight. It was cool seeing him, I guess. But it was really cool seeing Joe again, haven't seen him since Christmas, he graduated early. Him and Melissa are so cute together, he is so in love with her. BTW Wes, you're a butt-head. I love you sweetie!!! 05/18/03 THE MAVERICKS WON LAST NIGHT!!!!! THEY'RE GOING TO ROUND THREE FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1988!!!!! THEY KNOCKED THAT DAMNED TEAM FULL OF RUSSIANS OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS!!!!!! Last year, the Kings knocked us out. But this year....hoo baby!!!!! So, the Mavs are gonna face the San Antonio Spurs in round three, and whoever wins that game, goes on to the championship game against the winner of the Eastern Conference. We can take the Spurs. We've spanked them so many times. It's actually lucky, cause the Spurs knocked the Lakers out of the playoffs last week. THANK GOD. The Lakers would have killed us. 05/17/03 Graduation is getting closer and closer. The "real world" is getting scarily closer and closer. Well, it's ten-thirty right now, I'm tired, I'll update more tomorrow. 05/11/03 Ah, Mother's Day. Today me and Jyll are going home early to decorate the house and surprise Mom. Woo. We bought her a "Curly Bear" from Build-A-Bear Workshop and dressed it in pink satin PJs. Saw "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" on Friday. I love that show, so it was really cute. Shocking at the end, but really cute. Senior Breakfast was also on Friday. That was the only reason I went to school, because I woke up with a pounding headache. I took some Exedrin and was doing pretty good, until we sat next to a table full of squealing girls. AND....only black people won the awards. Big surprise. But, I did get my cap and gown, and my class ring. Woo Hoo!!!!!! Graduation is getting closer and closer!!! Wes came over yesterday. He is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. Oh, and the Mavs beat Sacremento again. The series is 2-1 now with the Mavs leading. 05/03/03 03!!! 03!!! Sorry, the fact that I'm graduating in 27 days is a little surreal. Saw X-2: X-Men United last night with Wes. IT. WAS. BAD.ASS. It was SOOOOOOOOOOOO good. I mean, c'mon, Nightcrawler was in it. He's my favorite next to Storm. We met Kristi, Amber, Bacon, Drew, Jenny, Chris, Chris P., and Kristi's brother Jordan there. It was fun. We were all acting like mature seniors and throwing popcorn at each other. Great. It's all great. Brian has a new girlfriend. One that's not a psycho. So he's happy, it's very cool. 04/18/03 To make a long story short, me and my mom pretty much made up. I guess we're okay now. I don't know for sure, but I think we are. I should be in school right now. Journalism would just be starting. But, the gods of AISD have declared today a holiday for "Good Friday". Funny, the gods of AISD are making us come to school on Saturday for a make up day. Although, we had a perfectly good Friday to make it up. Arses. Passed all my classes 'cept English III, in which I got a 57 and an F in citizenship, because my teacher screwed me on my junior theme. Just cause I had two horribly lazy group members and I busted my butt to turn it in an hour late, she gave me a 0 on the whole thing. My parents aren't too happy. Dad is calling her on Monday. 04/12/03 Wow. Lots of crap going on, again. My mother's pretty much disowned me. After whacking me in the face and leaving a reasonable size bruise, she then tells me she has nothing to say to me anymore. Okay, that's fine. I just wish she would accept me and support me with what I choose to do. But, apparantly, I'm going to hell, so why should she? If I'm such a disappointment, it'll just be that much better when I eventually move out someday. But I am worried that she's not going to buy my prom dress with the money Dad gave her. I'll just use my old one if she doesn't. I'm already working over at my dad's house to earn money to get my hair, nails, and makeup done. I'm going to go with Amanda, cause I highly doubt she'll want to be a part of that. Oh well. Me and Amanda will have fun. Anywho, I got the Evanescence CD. It's probably one of the best CDs I own. See the "Love" down below, it explains a lot. 03/29/03 Saw "Old School" last night with Dad and Robin. It was almost as funny as Rat Race. I mean, c'mon, Will Ferrell's in it for one. That makes it an immediate classic. Saw "Bringing Down The House" today with Dad, Robin, and Jylly. Also hilarious. Eugene Levy stole that whole movie. Um...got my application to TCC. And for the Dollar Tree. Hopefully this summer I'll start getting my adult life together. If I get a license, a car, a job, possibly an apartment, and a college education. Woo, that was a lot to say in one breath. The Mavs lost last night. A small loss. Only by 27 points. Jerks. 03/19/03 Jeezly Crow!! Haven't updated in forever. Um....my dog took a chunk out of my chin last night...I woke her up and I scared her pretty bad, so she attacked. Spring Break was last week. Me and Dad and Robin and Drew and Bethany and Jylly all went to Sea World in San Antonio. I got to feed and pet the most beautiful creatures in the world. Yup, you guessed it--dolphins. Which I absolutely LOVE. A little. A LOT! Anyway, it was fun. Even though we got caught in a hurricane on Saturday and were clinging to these hideous green plastic benches for our lives against the gale force winds while my dad scurried around the parking lot looking for the car. T'was thouroughly exciting, I assure you. So it was all good. 03/10/03 Wow. Lot of crap going on. First things first: I deleted my guestbook. It was causing too many problems. Immature people were talking trash in it, and starting fights, it was horrible. I couldn't even get on it and read it, because of all the cussing in it, the AOL parental controls wouldn't let me on it. AOL Controls, for cryin' out loud. I was just tired of reading a bunch of crap in there all the times, except for a few entries, that was all it was. So no more guestbook. If you have something to say to me that bad, you can email it to me, the good old-fashioned way. 03/08/03 I'm in kind of a bad mood right now. My dad told me that Wes could come to the Palace of Wax with us today, but when I ask him about it this morning, oh no, no, sorry, not today. What the F ever. I turn 18 this August, and I'm out of here. I'm already looking for apartments and roomates and such. I'm just rather sick of being lied to all the time. But what can ya do, right? On the bright side, we had the first beautiful day of Spring yesterday. It was bright, and sunny, and warm....gigglin I love it. 03/02/03 Spring has sprung, the grass has riz, I wonder where the flowers is? Sorry, a little excited about spring finally being here, officially. Of course, if you ask Texas weather, it's still winter. Seeing as we had a huge ice storm last week, which confined all of North Texas to their homes for two days, I'd say it's still winter. I've added a new feature to the site, Love/Loathe. They've decided to hold two makeup days for the snow days we had, and one of them is going to be on a Saturday. A SATURDAY!!!! Who in their right mind is going to come to school on Saturday.
