Sean O�Haire looks around the room and sighs. His best friend Mark Jindrak claps him on the shoulder. �What the hell is wrong with you, O�Haire?�
�Nothing. I�m just really bored. Tell me again why I let you talk me into coming out with you and your little boy toy?�
�Leave Shannon alone. And it�s really quite simple. You agreed to come with us and Shane because you knew Shane�s lover was going to be here and you were hoping Matt�s baby brother might show too.�
�Fuck off. I don�t give two shits about that little twerp except for the fact that he uses my finisher.�
�And he does it better than you?� Mark says teasing his best friend. Shannon comes up to the table before Sean can answer though.
�Come on Mark. You are wasting time that you could be spending with me.� Shannon pouts up at the bigger man.
Mark laughs. �Just a minute baby. Hey is umm� Jeff? Is he gonna show tonight?� Mark asks his petite lover.
Shannon giggles. �Yeah his name is Jeff and I�m not sure. He�s kinda upset right now because he found his lover in their bed with another man. Not good for Glenn. Jeff may be small but when he�s mad, watch out. I can ask Matt if he�s going to show but why do you care Mark?�
�Just wondering what colored hair to look for if he should show so you and him can talk.�
�Oh that�s easy. He went back to his natural hair color. So he�s a blonde again.�
�Why?� Sean asks from his seat.
Shannon shrugs. �Not sure. I think it has something to do with the fact that Glenn liked the colored hair so much. Not much of a revenge but I�m sure Jeff is coming up with something better. Mark honey?� Shannon says changing the subject. �Can you go get me something to drink? I�m really thirsty.� Mark nods and heads for the bar. Shannon laughs. �Too easy. Now O�Haire.� Sean raises his eyebrow at the younger man. �You like Jeff right?� Sean shakes his head trying to keep a neutral look on his face. �Oh. I was sure Mark was asking about Jeff for you. Anyhow, if you did like Jeff, then all I can say is give him time. He wasn�t in love with Glenn but Glenn meant a hell of a lot to him. So he�s taking this loss kinda hard. So if he shows I want you to be nice. Okay?�
Sean snorts and says �Why should I be? Because you say so? Short stuff I ain�t as gullible as the dork who is my best friend. You don�t have any power over me.�
Shannon pouts at him and Sean can feel his resolve slipping away. �Please O�Haire. Be nice to him. He could really use a friend like you.�
Sean groans. �You little shit. I can�t believe that is actually working. Now I know why Mark always jumps whenever you say so. Okay. I�ll be nice. But I don�t like him.�
Shannon smiles sweetly at the older man. �That�s okay. You don�t have to like him you just have to be nice.� Shannon jumps out of his chair and heads for Mark who is returning with the drink Shannon had requested. Shannon tosses it back and sets the empty glass on a nearby table. He pulls his lover onto the floor and they start to dance. Sean watches them for several minutes.
�He�s a great dancer isn�t he?� Sean jumps at the voice coming from behind him. He turns around and sees the man of his dreams standing there. �Shannon I mean. Mark�s good but Shan makes him look better, doesn�t he? Hello. Anyone home?� Jeff says with a smile for the older man.
Sean shakes his head. �Sorry kid. Yeah. Shan�s a hell of a dancer. Have a seat?�
Jeff nods and sits next to Sean. �So what are you doing just watching? I�m sure there are a million men who would love the chance to dance with you.�
Sean grunts. �Yeah, right. Actually I don�t dance. I�ve never been much good at it.�
�I find that hard to believe. You seem pretty graceful in the ring. And after all, wrestling is mostly choreography right?�
�True but it�s not the same as what Shannon and Mark are doing right now.� Sean say looking out of the corner of his eye at the younger man.
�I guess.� Jeff says. Sighing, he places his chin in his hands and rests his elbows on the table.
Both men jump when they hear a voice from behind. �Well, hell if ain�t the two senton bombers.� Sean rolls his eyes and Jeff snickers. They turn around and look at the seven foot man standing behind them.
�Hey Kevin.� Sean says. �Must you always say it that way? You make me sound like some sort of terrorist.�
�Ehh shut up ya little punk. Jeff right?� Kevin Nash says looking at the blonde sitting next to Sean. �What happened to the rainbow?�
Jeff touches his hair self consciously. �I decided to go back to my original hair color. And yeah, it�s Jeff. Nice to see you again.�
Kevin checks the younger man out hungrily. Jeff turns back around and returns to watching his friends and brother dancing up a storm on the dance floor. Kevin puts a hand on the younger man�s shoulder. �Hey Jeff. Wanna dance?�
Jeff smiles and shakes his head. �No thanks. I�m still not over my ex. You understand right?�
Kevin frowns. �Then why are you sitting here with O�Haire?�
�Because my best friend in the entire world is dating his best friend. I think it would be nice if we could at least get along for their sakes.�
�Right. Do you honestly think he doesn�t have more� shall we say carnal intentions towards you?�
Sean turns around a snarl on his face. �Listen man. Just because you want him doesn�t mean that the feelings mutual. Now back off.�
�Aw what�s wrong O�Haire? Protecting your little fuck toy?�
Jeff sees the fist swinging before Sean even realizes his intentions. Jeff grabs his arm. �SEAN! He�s not worth it. Don�t lose your temper. He can say whatever he wants about us. We know the truth. Please don�t.� Sean looks from the young man holding his arm to the old man who he wants to hit. Kevin is looking at him with a taunting expression and Jeff is silently pleading with him not to attack. Sean sits back down.
�You know what Kev. The kid�s right. You aren�t worth it.� Sean turns back around and sips his drink. Jeff heaves a sigh of relief before returning to his seat.
Kevin stands there amazed that Jeff has that much power over Sean. He snorts. �I get it O�Haire. You�re in love with him. How pathetic are you?�
Sean turns around fiercely. �What the hell are you talking about?� He growls, mad that Kevin has him figured out.
�I heard from my boy over at WWF that this little slut is incapable of keeping his pants up for more than five seconds.� Kevin smirks at the look of anger on Sean�s face and the look of utter disgust on Jeff�s.
�Who�s your boy? Waltman?� Jeff says, trying to keep his calm.
�Nah. Sean�s ex. Maybe you know him. Glenn Jacobs?� Kevin takes great pleasure in the fact that Jeff pales.
Sean gets to his feet. �You asshole. What the fuck is your problem?�
Jeff puts his hand on Sean�s arm. He stands up and before either of the older men can say anything else, Jeff punches Kevin, knocking him to the floor. �Fuck you asshole. As for anything Glenn says about me, take it with a grain of salt. He�s just pissed I dumped his ass for cheating on me with Waltman. He and Glenn deserve each other. And another thing Nash. If you ever speak to me again, this is gonna look like you got bit by a mosquito. Get me?�
Kevin nods as he makes his way back to his feet. He quickly backs off and heads out the door. Sean is looking at Jeff in disbelief. �I can�t believe you just knocked Kevin Nash on his ass. That was great kid.�
Jeff smiles and then winces when he feels the pain in his hand. �Thanks Sean. Now excuse me while I go get some ice. My hand hurts like a bitch.�
Sean laughs. �Sit down kid. What do you drink?�
�Just soda why?�
�You are old enough to drink aren�t you?� Sean says smiling at the smaller man.
Jeff laughs, making Sean hard in an instant. �Yeah, I�m old enough. I just don�t like the taste much. Again why?� Jeff asks smiling.
Sean swallows before answering. �I�ll get you your ice and a drink. You deserve it for knocking Nash on his ass.� Sean smiles reluctantly at Jeff who smiles gratefully at him.
�Thanks.�
�No problem. I�ll be right back.� Sean walks away from the table, leaving Jeff staring after him sadly.
Shannon walks up to Jeff. �Hey buddy. I saw you knock Kevin on his butt. Very cool.�
Jeff turns to his young friend. �Thanks man. Where�s your slave?�
Shannon giggles. �Mark is getting me something to drink. Why were you watching Sean�s ass?�
�I wasn�t you little twit. I was thinking it�s a damn shame he doesn�t like me. I think he and I could be good friends. Now how long are you going to keep Mark dangling?�
�Why whatever do you mean Jeffrey?� Shannon says feigning innocence.
�You shoulda been a woman Shan. You got the southern belle act down pat. You know what I mean. When are you going to tell him that you love him?�
�What makes you think I haven�t?�
�You�re here and not fucking each other�s brains out?�
Shannon blushes and says �Shut up Jeff. You just wish you had a guy as great as� Oh shit Jeff buddy I�m an asshole. I am so sorry.�
Jeff smiles softly. �It�s okay Shan. I�m really not that distraught over losing Glenn. It�s the fact that he cheated on me that hurts. And you�re right I am jealous. I wish I had a guy as great as Mark. Maybe someday I�ll find Mr. Right. For now I�m not going to get involved in any relationship. I need to be on my own for a while. Maybe some day but for now I�m content staying by myself.�
Shannon smiles at him. �Are you sure Jeff? Cause I can think of at least ten guys I could fix you up with.�
�No thanks Shan. Besides, I could very seriously like someone I already know. But it�s not important. I need to be on my own for a while okay?�
�Okay. I won�t fix you up with anyone until you give me the all clear. But I�m telling you Jeff, the second you give me the go ahead, I am finding the second sexiest man I can and fixing you up with him.�
Jeff laughs. �Then who�s the first?�
�Duh. Does the name Mark ring a bell?�
�Undertaker?� Jeff says jokingly.
�Asshole. Jindrak.�
�Oh. Ewww. Are you insane?� Jeff says a huge grin spread across his face. Shannon smacks his bad hand. �Owww. Fuck. Shan that hurt.�
�I�m sorry Jeff. I forgot that your hand was sore. Can you ever forgive me?� Shannon says laying his head on Jeff�s shoulder and batting his eyelashes at the older man.
Jeff laughs just as Sean and Mark are back in ear shot. Mark smiles when he sees Sean�s reaction. �Turned on, O�Haire?� Mark asks stepping close to his friend.
�Shut up Jindrak.� Sean says trying to cover his erection.
Mark laughs and heads around the table to his lover. He wraps his arms around Shannon and says �Hey baby. Are you hitting on Jeff while my back is turned?�
�Not at all. I was trying to get him to let me set him up with someone. Who do you think we should set him up with? Now keep in mind I promised him the second sexiest man I can find.�
�Well honey we can�t set him up with you and I so he needs to settle for third sexiest.� Mark says smiling at his young lovers best friend.
Jeff rolls his eyes. �You two are so sweet it�s making me sick.�
Sean sits down next to Jeff and gently lays the ice on his hand. �That better?� Jeff nods. �I agree with Jeff. You two are far too sweet. Get a room or knock it off.� Sean hands Jeff a drink. �Here I just got you a coke. I hope that�s okay.�
Jeff smiles up at the older man. �Thanks Sean. It�s fine.�
Mark and Shannon look at one another and smile. Shannon whispers in Mark�s ear �I think we found the perfect person to set Jeff up with. And this takes care of Sean too.�
Mark smiles at his lover. �I love the way your mind works baby.� He whispers. Shannon smiles up at him as they are joined by Matt and Shane Helms.
Jeff smiles up at his brother and brother in law. �Hey you two. What�s up?�
�Not much Jeff. What happened to your hand?� Matt asks his little brother.
Jeff smiles sheepishly. �I knocked Kevin Nash on his ass.�
Shane�s eyes widen at this statement. He looks to Sean for confirmation. Sean nods his head. Shane smiles. �Good for you Jeff. I have been wanting to lay that son of a bitch out for a while now.�
�Why baby?� Matt asks looking up at his husband.
�Just because. Do I really need a reason?�
�Yes. You need a reason if you wanna go getting all violent on me.�
Jeff snorts. �Mattie, quit trying to hen peck your husband. To quote Rocky, It doesn�t matter why he wanted to flatten Nash. The point is I got to do it first.�
�Okay Jeffie. Why did you flatten the big ape?�
�Simple. He insulted me. So I knocked him on his ass.�
Shane laughs at this. �I love the idea of you knocking him on his ass. That is so cool man.�
Jeff and Shannon both giggle at how happy Shane is about the whole thing. Sean looks over at Jeff when he starts giggling and frowns because of his reaction to the sound. Jeff stops and looks over at Sean and leans in to speak with him �What�s wrong Sean? You look pissed.� Jeff whispers is the older mans ear.
Sean swallows hard, ashamed of himself for reacting this way and shakes his head, standing up. He walks away and heads out the door. Jeff stares after him puzzled. �Did we say something wrong to him Jeff?� Shannon asks.
�I don�t know. He just got mad all of a sudden. I�m gonna go see what�s wrong. I�ll be right back.� Jeff gets up from the table and heads after Sean.
Shannon looks at Mark and smiles. �He�s got a crush.� Shannon says.
�Who has a crush on who?� Matt asks.
Shannon answers. �Jeff has a crush on Sean and Sean has a crush on Jeff. But they are both too stubborn to do anything about it. So, Matt, what do you say to helping me fix your brother up with Sean?�
�I think your nuts. Jeff is still in love with Glenn. Trust me. I�ve seen the way Jeff looks at his ex. Definitely still in love.�
Shannon shakes his head. �No way Matt. Jeff told me earlier he is not upset about losing Glenn. It�s the fact that Glenn cheated on him that has him upset. Kind of an I�m not good enough thing. So Jeff really needs to find a great guy like O�Haire and maybe he will realize that he is a terrific guy and he deserves better than Glenn Jacobs.�
�Well, I�ll agree with you on one point. Jeff definitely deserves better than Glenn. So okay. What do we do to get this thing started?� The two men sit and sketch out a plan to get Jeff and Sean together.

Jeff walks out the door and looks around for Sean. He finally spots him leaning up against a car, his head in his hands. �Sean? Did I say something wrong? Or do something to piss you off?�
Sean doesn�t raise his head but speaks through his hands, his voice muffled. �No it�s not you Jeff. I just needed some air.�
Jeff puts his hand on Sean�s shoulder. �No you�re mad at someone or something. What is it?�
�Nothing. Just leave it alone Jeff.�
�I don�t want to leave it alone. I consider you a friend and I don�t like having my friends mad at me.�
�I�m not mad at you Jeff. Just go away. I don�t want to talk about it.�
�If you�re sure then I�ll leave but Sean if you need anyone to talk to, I�m here for you.�
�Thanks kid.� Sean waves Jeff away and Jeff heads back into the club. Reaching the door, he looks back wistfully at the older man.
Sean looks up with red rimmed eyes when he hears the door click shut. He climbs into his car and starts the engine. Readjusting himself so his hard on isn�t rubbing his jeans as much, Sean slowly back out of the parking space. Getting back to his hotel room, he quickly undresses and lays in bed, slowly stroking himself. Closing his eyes, Sean remembers the way Jeff�s laugh reverberated down his spine. His orgasm hits him quickly, startling him as his seed spills all over his hand and stomach. Laughing sadly to himself he gets out of bed and climbs into the shower.

�Come on Jeff. Shannon�s gonna be there. Shane and I want you to join us. Please.� Matt pleads with his younger brother.
Jeff sits on his bed staring into space. �No Matt. I don�t want to go out with you and Shane and Shannon and his little toy. I�m not interested in being the fifth wheel. So just drop it.�
�Jeff, just because Chris Benoit turned out to be as much of a prick as Glenn doesn�t mean you need to hole yourself up in some room all the time.�
�For fuck�s sake Matt. Leave me alone. Go find your husband and just get your ass laid okay? I�m fine. I don�t want to be sitting there watching you and Shane and Shannon and Mark making out all night. I just want to be left alone okay?�
�Fine then you call Shan and tell him that you aren�t coming tonight. Because he expects you to be there. We haven�t seen him in two months and he misses you.�
�All right already. I�ll go. Christ Matt it�s no wonder Shane agreed to marry you. You probably didn�t leave him alone until he said yes.� Jeff gets off of his bed and looks at Matt expectantly. �Well, what are you waiting for? Let�s go.�
�Jeff, we�re planning on going to a nice restaurant. So you need to put on slacks and a dress shirt if not a tie.�
�Matt I don�t have any slacks or dress shirts. And nothing of yours will fit. So damn I guess I can�t go.� Jeff says with a grin.
Matt looks at him. �Actually bro, I kinda figured you�d say that. So with a little help from Stephanie, I picked you out something that you can wear tonight.� Matt grins at his little brother who looks disgusted with him.
�How do you know my size? You probably got me the wrong size.�
�No actually Steph knows your size remember. You and her go shopping together too much for her to not know your size.�
�Damn. I ain�t getting outta this am I?� Jeff asks his older brother. Matt shakes his head. �Okay give me the clothes. I�ll get dressed.� Matt smiles triumphantly and hands his brother a bag. Jeff opens it up and has to smile a little. �What did you do Matt? Give her the money and sit in the food court? Cause I know you didn�t pick none of this out.�
Matt smiles sheepishly. �Actually I gave her the money and stayed at the arena.�
Jeff laughs and heads into the bathroom. A few minutes later he comes out. Matt whistle. �Damn little brother S� Shane and Shannon are going to flip. You look great.�
�Thanks big bro. Are you feeling okay? Sounded like you almost forgot Shane�s name.�
�I�m fine. You just look so good I forgot everything for a minute.� Matt says trying to cover his tracks.
�Mm hmm. And that wouldn�t have anything to do with the fact that you and Shannon are setting me up with some random guy from WCW, right?�
�Of course we aren�t setting you up with anyone. We know better. You don�t want to date anyone right now. No problem. It�s gonna be the five of us. Unless Shannon by himself decided to set you up with some guy. But that has nothing to do with me.� Matt says nervously.
Jeff rolls his eyes. �Matthew Moore Hardy! Just tell me who it is. I ain�t gonna get mad at you or Shan. I just want to be prepared.�
Matt looks down at the ground. �I�m sorry Jeff. Shanny made me promise not to say anything. I would but he wants to surprise you.�
�Dammit Matt. This sucks. I swear if its anyone I don�t like I�m leaving. I will walk out the door.�
�I know you will Jeff. And Shan knows you will too. So I�m sure that it will be someone you like. Or rather someone you will like.� Matt says with a laugh.
Jeff rolls his eyes. �Is it Shawn Stasiak? Cause he�s the only person I can think of with an S at the beginning of his name.�
�I don�t think so.� Matt says with all honesty.
Jeff rolls his eyes again. �Okay. Fine whatever. Let�s go.� Jeff says as he grabs his coat and heads out the door.
Matt swears under his breath and pulls his cell phone out of his pocket. He quickly calls Shannon and tells him what happened. Shannon swears. �Dammit Matt. Why couldn�t you just keep quiet? Actually though, you�re not the only one having problems with your half of this set up. O�Haire is refusing to go until he knows who is meeting us there. Should I tell him? I mean what if he says he doesn�t want to go.� Matt answers him and they both say goodbye. Shannon turns around and smiles at Mark and Shane. �Matt�s having trouble with Jeff too so� But he will meet us there. Matt says we should just tell O�Haire. I�ll go tell him.� Shannon bravely heads towards the room where Sean is staying. Knocking softly on the door, Shannon says �O�Haire it�s Shannon. Let me in.�
Sean opens the door. �I decided that it doesn�t matter who is going. I�ll go anyhow. I would still like to know who is going to be my date but if I don�t like him, I�ll leave.�
Shannon sighs. �O�Haire? I�m setting you up with Jeff.�
Sean looks at him with an eyebrow raised. �Jarrett?�
�No Hardy.� Shannon is watching closely as Sean swallows hard.
�Jeff Hardy? As in formerly rainbow colored hair, does the same finisher I do Jeff Hardy?� Shannon nods and bites his lip expecting Sean to explode. Instead Sean just closes his eyes. �Why are you setting me up with him?�
�Because you are one of the greatest guys I know. And I think Jeff likes you. And part of me is being selfish. I want to see my best friend happy so I don�t feel so guilty whenever I see him.�
Sean laughs. �Oh is that all? And what if Jeff doesn�t like me? As more than a friend I mean.�
�Then you two can sit there and make fun of me and Mark and Shane and Matt.� Shannon shrugs and smiles up at the taller man.
Sean chuckles and says �Okay give me a minute to get dressed here.� Sean then closes the door on Shannon and gets dressed. Shannon runs back to his and Mark�s room and let�s the other two know that Sean is happy about his date. They head back to Sean�s door to wait for him. A few minutes later Sean steps out of the room. Shannon and the other�s eyes go wide at the sight of Sean. He is decked out in dark gray trousers and a light gray collared silk shirt with a dark gray silk tie. �What�s the matter? I got something on my shirt?�
Shannon shakes his head and says �No. Wow. O�Haire you look hot.� Shane nods his agreement and Mark just looks at him.
�Then I look okay? Will Jeff like it?� Sean says sounding like a nervous school boy.
Shannon smiles. �If he doesn�t then I�m dumping Mark and hooking up with you.�
Mark groans. �If he doesn�t like the way you look, I�m taking Shannon and getting as far away from you as is humanly possibly.�
Shane laughs. �I think I might need to grab Mattie and run too. You look really terrific Sean. Jeff is going to love the way you look.�
�Okay. If you say so.� Sean grabs his jacket and follows them to the elevator. None of the guys realize they are all in the same hotel. Matt and Shane hadn�t exchanged hotel names.
Jeff and Matt are walking through their hotel�s lobby amid catcalls and whistles all directed at Jeff. Matt laughs when Jeff stops in his tracks. He doesn�t see that Jeff was forced to stop by the seven foot plus Paul Wight. �Hiya Beautiful. Where you going looking all pretty?�
Jeff swallows and backs up into his brother. �Uh hi Paul. What do you want?�
�I think that should be obvious, sexy.� Paul says leering at the younger man.
Jeff tries to back up even more but is stopped by his brother. �Well, it�s not, Paul. So why don�t you tell me what you want?�
�I hear you are great in bed, gorgeous. I want you in my bed.�
Matt turned around because he heard his husbands voice. Deserting his brother, Matt runs in the direction of Shane�s voice. Jumping into his husbands arms Matt kisses him all over his face. �Oooh baby I have missed you so much.�
Shannon, Mark and Sean all look on laughing. Sean hears Jeff saying �Back off already. Just leave me alone.� He heads in the younger man�s direction without even thinking about it.
He stops short as he catches sight of Jeff. Jeff is wearing an outfit similar to his own. Jeff is wearing midnight blue slacks with a sky blue shirt and a midnight blue tie. Sean shakes himself from his daydream and heads the large man, who is stalking Jeff, off. �Whoa big guy. He�s obviously not interested in you so just back off.�
Paul picks Sean up and tosses him aside. �Now Jeffie. You know you want me so quit playing hard to get and come with me.�
Jeff shakes his head and the other guys come around the corner just in time to see Paul picking Jeff up and throwing him over his shoulder. Jeff is kicking and hitting the much larger man for all he�s worth but his blows have little effect on the big man. Shannon jumps into the fray and starts hitting the big man until he is swatted away like he�s a pesky fly. Mark jumps to his lover�s defense only to be tossed aside. Matt and Shane both jump Paul at the same time. Seconds later Matt and Shane are thrown aside like yesterday�s garbage. Jeff is still flailing away at his kidnapper. Sean finally has enough. He attacks Jeff�s assailant and Shannon joins in. Mark gets to his feet and joins the fight. Shane and Matt manage to pick themselves up and join in as well. Finally they manage to get Jeff away from the behemoth. They all run outside and hop in their awaiting limo. Matt and Shane are so jazzed up over the fight that they can�t stop touching each other. Shannon and Mark are also connected at the lips. Jeff and Sean are sitting smushed together. Jeff looks up at Sean and says �Thanks. I guess you�re my date for the night?�
�Yeah well. I�m sorry about this whole blind date thing. I didn�t want it. When Shannon told me who I was being set up with though, I wanted to see you again.�
Jeff blushes thankful for the darkness of the limo. �It�s no problem. I�m glad it�s you. I don�t think I could take anymore guys trying to grope me in the lobby.�
�What was that guys problem anyhow?�
�Probably has something to do with the fact that Glenn and Chris have both been telling the entire locker room that I am an easy lay. Therefore I am now the sole object of desire for the entire gay population of the WWF.�
Sean frowns. �That�s not right. What assholes. And who�s Chris?�
Jeff smiles at the jealous tone in Sean�s voice. �Why? Jealous?� Jeff asks biting his lip cautiously.
Sean ponders that question for a few minutes before answering. When he finally answers Jeff starts talking at the same time.
