| Respect the Game (12/12) I know I promised I'd try and get some sex in here, and I tried to write it into the story, but my skills at writing do not seem to extend that far, and because of that what I wrote has been scrapped. I'll try again at a later date, and hopefully it will be better than my first attempt. Three D's still in effect. Thank you to everyone who's supported me through this story, it's meant a lot to me Respect the Game (12/12) by lirpa Several hours later... "Hunter, the plane's landing." "Mhhmmmm?" "Plane's landing," Mark repeated "Don't wanna get up." "Haven't we had this discussion before?" "Mhmmmm." "I won that one, I'll win this one, go get up." "Can's a man get some sleep?" "Nope." "Why not?" "Your month's up yet." "I thought you'd forgotten about that." "You wish." "Well, I'm not suffering yet." "Excuse me?" "You said I wouldn't enjoy the consequences if I ran." "So I did, so I did." "So whatcha gonna do, Deadman?" "Don't call me that." "Why not?" "Because it's not my name." "You perfer Markie?" "Mark just growled, a deep rumble coming from his chest. "Well do you?" "You know I don't." "You hate it?" "Yes." "About as much as I hate beingm called boy, you think?" "You've made your point, Hunter." "Have I?" "Yes." "Good." Half an hour later... "Sara, we're back," mark bellowed. "Are you now?" "That's what I said, woman." Hunter just giggled. "I see you brought him back with you," Sara nodded in Hunter's direction. "Of course I brought him. I wasn't leaving Colombus without him." Sara nodded, satisfied. "I'll get out of your way. Call if you need me." "Oh, I doubt we'll need you," Mark rumbled, looking at Hunter lustfully. Several hours later... "Mark?" "Yes?" "Do youlove me?" "What's to love to you, Hunter? Is it the emotion that books and plays make it out to be? I thought I knew what love was until you showed up and messed up all my defintions." "Ohhh." "Do I want to spend the rest of my life with you? Yes. Do I crave your presence in my life? Yes. Do I list after you? Resounding hell yes. But I don't knwo if that's love." "Ohhh." "Well what do you think love is, Hunter? You've been married before." "I don't know." "That makes two of us." "I think you really love someone if they excite you and move you and make your life an adventure." "Than I do love you, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, because you do all those things and more." A moment later, "It's wild, you know?" "What's wild, Hunter?" "A week and a half ago we were bitter enemies ... now we're edmitting to loving each other." I suppose that's a little strange." "A little?" "Okay, a lot." "It'a definately not normal." "That's because you're not normal, Hunter." "Neither are you." They settled into a companionable silence and neiher realized when they drifeted off to sleep. The next morning... "Get up!" "Why Sara?" "Because you've slept long enough." "You can't sleep long enough," Hunter interjected. "In this house you can, now get up." "No." "Why not?" "Don't feel like it," Mark grinned at Hunter, who grinned back. "Enough, get up or you'll miss breakfast." "So?" "So aren't you hungry?" "Hunter pondered for a moment, "Yes, but there's always lunch." Mark laughed and Sara sighed, "Well at least I can say that I tried." "Yep." "And Mark?" "Yes?" "Vince phoned for you?" Both men stiffened, " I told him you were unavailable," Sara continued, "I don't think that'll stop him though." "No, I suppose I'll have to deal with him." "No, I suppose we'll have to deal with him," Hunter corrected. Mark smiled at Hunter, "Right." Hunter smiled back. Sara sighed, "Love." Two hours later... "Hello Vince." "Hello Mark." "How are things?" "Fine." "How'd the show go." "Fine, withh no help from you." "I had more important things to do." "Like what?" "Find my lover." "That slut?" "Hunter is not a slut!" "Yeah, hear that Vince, I'm not a slut," Hunter chimed in. Vince swallowed audibly. "Oh, did I forget to mention that Hunter's right here?" "Yes." "Silly me, I'm forgetful sometimes, you know." "I know." "So I'll see you soon?" Vince asked. "On Raw?" he continued. "Nope." "Smackdown than?" "Maybe. And Vince?" "Yes?" "Thanks for keeping my title safe. I knew I could depend on you." Hunter laughed and Mark joined in. "Vince?" "Yes, Mark?" "My title is safe, isn't it?" "Yes." "Then I'll collect it on Smackdown." "Of course." "I knew you'd understand, Vince." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There. That's the end, although at some time I may come back to this story and write the last scene in this story, I hope. I hope to finish my Hell series before I do anything else, I've more typing left to do than actual writing, the story of my life. Never type when you don't absolutely have to. |
