Glacier Park Ghosts

Jeff Hardy is new on the job and worried about the rumors of ghosts in the park.
Notes: Total AU. Most of these places truly exist in Glacier National Park. Some I made up to fit the story. A warning: Rape, so if that makes you squeamish don't read.

Jeff Hardy is alone in his cabin. Hearing a weird noise he goes to investigate. Looking out the front door he jumps back with a scream lodged in his throat as his older brother Matt jumps in front of the door. "What's the matter Jeffie?"
"Damn Matt. You gave me a heart attack."
"I thought you weren't scared of the ghost."
"I'm not but when someone jumps at you from out of nowhere it tends to scare you."
"Okay, okay. I am here to give you your first assignment. You get to go up to Two Medicine and check out the campsites. They should all be empty but if they aren't you need to run the campers off. If it's bears you know what to do."
"Yeah, get the fuck outta Dodge."
Matt laughs. "Jeff come on be serious for a minute."
"I was. I'm not supposed to stick around. I am supposed to call you and Jacobs to take care of them." Jeff smirks at his brother.
"Oh yeah. Okay. You also have to clean up any extra garbage that was left behind. You are supposed to be camping out for a week by yourself but if you need to talk then call us. We'll talk to you over the CB. Don't let Reso and his dumb ass stories scare you. There ain't no ghosts up there. But stay away from Calloway Lodge. That place seriously creeps me out. Besides it also very old and I don't want you to get hurt."
"No problem. When do I have to leave?"
"At four in the morning so go to bed."
"Later Matt."
"Night Jeff."
Matt leaves and Jeff undresses. Climbing naked into bed, he drifts off to sleep, unaware of the fact that someone is watching him.
Jeff wakes up bright and early in the morning. Stretching out he yawns. "Damn this is gonna kill me. I hate mornings." Jeff climbs out of bed. Walking over to the window he notices a light dusting of snow on the ground. "Oh terrific. Not only is the sun non-existent right now but it's also snowing out? Yay." Jeff walks over to his little kitchenette. Starting the coffee he slips on a robe and grabs his uniform and toiletries. Pouring himself a cup of coffee he slips on his slippers and heads out for the showers. Stepping inside he yawns and waves at his brothers lover. "Hey Drew. What's the haps?"
Andrew Martin laughs. "Excited about your first day on the job?"
"Hell no. Not when it centers around waking up at three o'clock in the morning when it's snowing and cold outside."
"I hear ya. But believe it or not you do get used to it. At least you aren't on night shift. I am just getting back from my shift." Drew finishes up and turns off his shower head. "You'll get used to it, Jeff. Now if you don't mind I am going to go climb in bed with your brother, wake him up and make love to him until he has to be on the road."
"Too much info Drew. Sleep good." Jeff waits until Drew is almost to the door. "Drew? Can I ask you a question?"
"Sure Jeff. What?"
"Why is Matt so freaked out over Calloway Lodge?"
"Old man Calloway left it to his son and no one has ever been seen coming or going from there since the old man died. But campers are always telling stories about seeing lights on up at the place and a couple of people have been attacked up there. They said it was by Big Foot so all of the rangers tend to stay away. It was probably just a big bear but stay on the safe side since you've got that beat this week and stay away from that place. I don't believe it's haunted but you never know."
"How can anyone own that land since it's on park land?"
"The Calloway family has owned that land since before the park was designated. They wouldn't sell so they still own about twenty acres. Jeff, stay off the property. Don't even go near the property okay?"
"Okay Drew. See you later man."
"Bye. Have fun." Drew waves and heads out the door.
Jeff finishes washing himself and stretches out as he rinses off. `Damn this is gonna be a long week.' He dries off and goes over to the sinks still naked. Brushing his teeth he jumps when a towel snaps against his ass. "What the fuck is your problem Reso?"
"Sorry Jeff. Your ass just looked so cute I had to hit it. Would you rather if I fucked you senseless on the bathroom floor?"
"Go fuck yourself." Jeff snaps as he grabs his towel and wraps it around his waist. He goes back to brushing his teeth. Jason Reso stands there watching Jeff with lust in his eyes and sex on his brain. Jeff ignores him as he brushes out his hair and pulls it back into a tight pony tail. Moving on to shaving, Jeff is still trying to ignore Jay. As he finishes with his grooming, Jeff turns around and sees Jay still staring at him. "Would you go the fuck away Reso?"
"Jeff come on you know you want me." Jay says, pushing Jeff up against the wall. Ripping the towel off Jeff's waist, Jay grabs his cock and starts to stroke it viciously. "Come on Jeffie come for me." Jeff tries to fight back but is no match when Jay had gotten the upper hand. He starts to yell when Jay silences him with a kiss. "Don't even think about it little Hardy. No one is gonna save the day here. I am gonna fuck you senseless and you are going to love every minute of it." Jay shoves Jeff onto the ground slamming Jeff's head into the hard cold tiles. Jeff moans as he starts to black out. Suddenly Jay is gone, Jeff hears someone getting beat up but can't see who's who as his vision is blackened from the hit he took. He feels someone pick him up and carry him. By now Jeff has completely blacked out.
Jeff wakes up and looks into his brothers eyes. "Hey Matt. What happened?" Jeff says groggily.
"That asshole Reso tried to rape you. I still don't know how you managed to kick his ass and crawl back to my cabin, much less knock on the door."
"What?"
"The blackout must have messed with your head."
"No Matt. I didn't kick anybody's ass. Jay was on top of me and he had his fingers up in me. All of a sudden the weight was gone. I heard a struggle in the background but my vision was completely black. I couldn't see anything. I don't know who it was but he was big. I mean tall. Like Jacobs tall. He picked me up and was carrying me. I must've blacked out." Jeff sits up and shakes the cobwebs out. "I need to get to work."
"You have the rest of the day off per Mr. McMahon's orders, Mr. Hardy. Your brother was also given the day off to make sure you stay in bed."
"Mr. Bischoff, I just want to work. Please?"
"I'm sorry. I can't allow you into the field right now. If tomorrow you are feeling better you can continue your assignment."
"Okay I'll stay put. Can I at least go take a shower?"
The doctor looks at Jeff. "Are you sure you want to go back there?"
Jeff sighs. "I'll be fine as long as Matt is there. What happened to Jay? Where is he?"
Bischoff answers. "He is in the hospital and will be headed for jail for attempted rape."
Jeff nods and tries to get out of bed. Getting dizzy, he sits there for a few minutes. Finally he is ready to get on his feet. Matt helps him to his own cabin and together they grab some cleans clothes for Jeff. They head for the showers. Matt stands outside the door and says to Jeff "I will be right here. If you need me don't hesitate."
"Yes big brother." Jeff says smartly. Jeff steps into the showers and looks around nervously. Seeing no one, Jeff quickly sheds his clothing. Stepping under the hot shower spray, Jeff sighs when the hot water hits his back and neck. He stands there for several minutes before washing quickly. Suddenly he feels eyes on him. Looking up no one is there. Jeff shakes his head. `I must be going insane.' He hears his brother talking to someone. Straining his hears he hears Glenn Jacobs also talking. `Oh that was why I thought someone was watching me. Glenn probably stepped in here to take a shower after his shift.' Jeff goes back to washing himself. After he has rinsed off, he quickly wraps a towel around his waist and heads to the main room of the bathroom. Looking around he sees Jacobs leaning casually against the sinks. Jeff takes the opportunity to check him out. Ever since he had arrived Jeff had been intrigued by the tall man. Jeff takes in every detail from his long curly brown hair to his long almost graceful looking fingers to his taut and tightly muscled legs. Jeff bites his lip as he feels his cock starting to stir. Jeff turns away from the beautiful man and dries off. He quickly pulls on his clean clothes and turns back around hoping to hide his erection from the man who made him hard.
Glenn looks over and nods. "Hey Jeff. How are you feeling?"
"Better now that I've had a shower. How was your day Glenn?"
"Not nearly as much fun alone but hey I can deal. If you two will excuse me I need a shower. I am sure I am stinking up the place." Jeff and Matt both nod, Matt watching his little brother closely. Jeff stares after Glenn and watches slyly, he thinks, as Glenn undresses and wraps a towel around his waist.
"Jeff, he's taken."
"What?"
"Glenn, he's been with the same man since high school. Sean is a ranger down in Yellowstone."
"Oh." Jeff's face falls. "Well, I can still look right?"
Matt tries to smile. Finding that to be an almost impossible task he pulls his younger brother into an embrace. "I am so happy you are okay. I was worried there for a minute."
Jeff quickly dries the tears that had fallen when Matt pulled him into a hug. "Yeah well you know me. I always bounce right back." Jeff smiles and the two brother's head for Jeff's cabin.
Jeff wakes up the next morning stiff but otherwise okay. Sitting up in his bed he looks around and spots Matt curled up onto the one recliner the room holds. Jeff smiles and gets out of bed. Taking a blanket he goes and covers his older brother. Jeff then heads out on foot to find the doctor. After the doctor clears him to work that day, Jeff goes in search of either Vince McMahon or Eric Bischoff. Finding Mr. McMahon first he quickly explains that he has been cleared to work that day. He is told to take the same assignment he had been previously assigned. Jeff nods and heads back to his cabin where he grabs his stuff and heads off to take a shower. Stepping into the showers he realizes he is alone. `Okay Jeff no need to get spooked. Jay is at the hospital and no one else is going to hurt you.' Even with the pep talk Jeff still jumps when he hears someone join him in the bathroom. Jeff turns around relieved to see Glenn stepping into the showers. "Damn Glenn you scared me."
"Sorry kid. Didn't mean to. I didn't think anyone else was awake yet."
"I wanted to make sure I was allowed to work."
"Kid you have to be the only person here who wants to work."
"Glenn I didn't thank you yesterday so I want to today."
"What are you talking about Jeff?"
"Yesterday morning, when I was attacked. Someone carried me to Matt and Drew's room."
"Wasn't me. I was still asleep when you were attacked. What made you think it was me?"
"Whoever it was, was your size. I know they were." Jeff bites his lip.
"Don't be scared of the ghosts. They don't exist. I don't know who helped you out though. Sorry kid."
"No problem." Jeff goes back to washing himself, puzzled. When he is finished, Jeff steps out of the shower and wraps a towel around his waist oblivious to the older man who is now watching him with interest. Glenn shakes his head and goes back to washing himself. He waits until Jeff has left the shower area before jerking off.
Meanwhile Jeff is brushing his teeth keeping his eyes on the mirror so he can tell if anyone comes up behind him. He jumps when the door opens and Drew steps through the doors. "Hey Drew." Jeff says relieved it is only his brother's lover.
"Hey Jeff. How are you doing today?"
"I'm good. Just getting ready to go do my job."
"Vince is making you work this soon?"
"No I am making me work this soon. If you want to find Matt he is in my room." Jeff says turning away from the sink. Jeff gets dressed in his uniform and heads back to his cabin. Stepping inside he looks at the chair for Matt. Seeing it empty, he shrugs. Matt steps out of the kitchenette and nods at his little brother.
"How are you feeling bro?"
"Good. Ready to go to work."
"Have you been cleared?"
"Yeah. Drew is in the showers."
"Thanks. See you in a week little brother and don't forget to call if you need to talk to someone. It can get kind of lonely out there all alone."
"I'll be fine. Quit playing big brother."
Matt smiles and leaves Jeff's cabin for the showers. Jeff shakes his head and notices a note sitting on the table. He opens it up.
Jeffrey,
I am glad that you feel better. From now on you should be a little more careful when you think you are alone. Just so you don't worry I am no threat to you.
A friend
Jeff looks down at the note and frowns. He looks around and not seeing anything else out of place, he heads after Matt.
Jeff climbs out of the truck weary after the hour drive he had just made. Stretching out his muscles he looks around the campground. "Damn these people are pigs." Jeff looks around and sees Calloway Lodge banked in snow. He shrugs and starts picking up garbage.
Two hours later he is distinctly aware of someone behind him. Turning around slowly, he starts to reach down for his rifle. He hears a deep voice say "Don't even think about it. What are you doing on my property boy?"
Jeff swallows hard and looks up into a scowling face. "Mr. Calloway? I am a ranger in Glacier Park. I wasn't aware I had wandered off park property. I'm sorry."
Mark Calloway stares at the young man standing before him. "What aren't you going to run away?"
"No sir. Not while you have a twenty gage pointed at my chest." Jeff gives a short laugh.
Mark looks at him and then back at the gun. "Get off my property boy before I use it."
"Yes sir." Jeff leans down and grabs his rifle, walking quickly away in the other direction. Mark stares after him, disturbed by the young mans casualness. Mark heads back up to his fathers lodge. Getting there he starts to do what he had begun to do before he had spotted Jeff, chopping wood for his fireplace.
After several hours of this back breaking work he stops when he feels eyes on his back. "Hello Paul. Was that the boy you had told me about?" He asks without turning around. The huge man steps out of the shadows. Paul Wight stood in front of Calloway almost dwarfing the huge man. Nodding, he looks towards the campsite where Jeff is staying. Mark looks up at his mute friend and sighs. "Paul, why don't you just show yourself to him? He doesn't strike me as the type of man to be afraid of much." Paul shrugs his shoulders and sits down on the steps. Mark starts to haul the wood into his house. Without being asked, Paul actually carries most of it as Mark has a bad knee and an even worse back. "Thank you Paul. Would you like some hot chocolate?" Paul nods. Mark smiles and asks his large friend "Are you falling in love with this boy Paul?" Paul shakes his head and points to Mark. "What you think I'm going to fall for some child?" Paul nods and smiles a huge smile at the slightly smaller man. Mark shakes his head and says "Then you are crazy. I am never falling in love again. Not after Steve hurt me so badly." Paul frowns and drinks his hot chocolate, trying to think of a way to push Calloway and Jeff together.
Jeff sits all alone at the campground. He feels like he should be scared but for some reason the thought that the large man he had encountered was not too far away made him comfortable. Jeff looks up when he hears a crashing in the woods. "I.is anyone there?" He calls out. `Jesus Jeff you sound like a horror movie and a bad one at that.' He thinks to himself. Standing up he grabs his rifle. Jeff sighs with relief as Mark Calloway shows himself.
"Did I scare you boy?" Mark says trying not to smile.
"A little. What can I do for you Mr. Calloway?" Jeff says smiling up at the bigger man.
"I just wanted to make sure you were safe. I have a friend and he's been watching out for you. That sounds like a bad pick up line doesn't it? Anyhow he was afraid he would scare you so he wanted me to check up on you."
Jeff sits down. "Have a seat Mr. Calloway. Your friend, he's the one saved me yesterday?"
"I don't know. He comes and goes as he pleases. What did he save you from?"
"I was attacked by a fellow ranger in the showers. I blacked out but not before I felt someone carry me to my brothers cabin. Can I meet him? I'd like to thank him in person."
"How long are you going to be in the area?"
"Six more days."
"Where does your job end up at?"
" Running Eagle Falls?"
"Oh. I know the falls. Very beautiful. Have you seen them yet?"
"No I just got up here about a week ago."
"Oh you had better take a camera. When both falls are running together it's stunning. And since they should be frozen over by now so it's an amazing sight to see."
"Thanks Mr. Calloway."
"Call me Mark. And I'll try to bring Paul down to meet you."
"Thanks Mark. Why is he so scared he's gonna scare me?"
"He's a seven foot five, four hundred pound mute man." Mark just looks at Jeff with raised eyebrows.
"Oh. I can see where he would think that might scare me. Especially if he's mute. Now that I know, cool. I can't wait to meet him."
Mark smiles. "I'll be sure to tell him that." Mark stands up and starts to walk away. He suddenly remembers something. "Oh and Jeff?"
"Yeah Mark?"
"Can you not tell anyone that I'm up here?"
Jeff nods and says jokingly "What, are you running from the law or something?"
Mark looks away. "I'd rather not discuss it."
Jeff swallows hard. "Sorry Mark. No problem. I won't tell anyone about you."
Mark walks back into the light looking like he wants to hug Jeff. Instead he extends a hand which Jeff takes. They smile softly at one another. Mark leaves and Jeff puts out his campfire. Stripping out of his clothes he climbs in his sleeping bag, comforted by the thought of the two huge men who are looking out for him.
Jeff wakes up to the sounds of his brother yelling distantly. "Matt where are you? What's wrong?" Jeff looks around and slowly realizes where he is. He gives a short little laugh and gropes for his CB radio. "Matt chill. I'm here. I was asleep."
"Jesus Christ Jeff. You gave me a heart attack you dick."
"Sorry bro. I didn't mean to freak you. But why were you so scared? I was only supposed to call you if I got scared. Guess what I didn't get scared."
"Shut up Jeff. What did you do last night?"
"I talked with a ghost." Jeff says laughing.
"Jeff are you sure you are all right?"
"Matt I'm fine. I just went to bed early and have apparently slept in. I gotta get going. I got to be up the road by noon."
"Okay. Later little brother."
"Bye big brother."
Jeff sets the CB aside and slips out of his sleeping bag. Stepping out of the tent he walks, naked, over to where he had left his bag. He is about half way there when he hears the bear. Stopping, he looks around. He finally spots a huge grizzly rooting around near his truck. Frozen from fear and the cold, Jeff just stands rooted to the spot. He frantically looks around for his rifle, mentally smacking himself when he remembers that it is in his tent. The grizzly looks up and starts towards Jeff. Jeff tries to judge the distance from himself to the truck when he remembers having locked the truck the night before. The grizzly makes his way towards Jeff's tent prompting Jeff to inch towards his pack. Jeff stops when the grizzly turns in his direction. Jeff stands there almost turning blue from the cold. He hears a noise in the woods and looks towards it. He sees the shadow of a huge man and the bear must have heard the same noise because it heads in that direction. Jeff waits until the bear is gone from view before he collapses in tears. Jeff is still sobbing when he feels strong arms picking him up. "Shh. Jeff you're okay now. Paul is going to grab your stuff. I'm taking you up to the cabin to get you warmed up." Mark shifts Jeff's weight a little bit before heading up the mountain to his lodge.
Jeff huddles underneath the blanket. Looking around he notices how sparsely furnished the old cabin is. His eyes fall on Mark who has his back turned as he makes hot chocolate for the smaller man. Jeff looks away quickly when Mark turns back around, mug in hand. Walking over to the fireplace, Mark hands Jeff the steaming mug. "Thanks." Jeff smiles up at the man.
Mark smiles softly. "You're welcome."
"That was him wasn't it? The shadow I saw?"
"Yeah. He should be back soon with your stuff. Is there anyone you were meeting this morning?"
"No but I am supposed to check in, in about five minutes. If I don't Matt is sure to come looking for me."
Mark looks almost disappointed. "Matt is your lover?"
Jeff chokes on his hot chocolate. "No. He's my big brother. He's the one who got me the job. Or at least he helped get me the job."
Mark blushes. "Oh sorry."
"Don't be. I forgot I never told you about him. He and his lover are my best friends."
"It's nice that you like his lover. Some brothers wouldn't approve of that lifestyle." Mark says still with a sad look in his eyes.
"What lifestyle? Gay? I should approve. I am gay. In fact my last boyfriend and I broke up just before I came out here."
"Can I ask why?"
"Sure. We broke up because I caught him in bed with someone else. That's part of the reason I came out here so much earlier than I was supposed to. The other reason was I missed my brother. He's been out here for about three years and hasn't been home since he left. What can I say? I adore my big brother." Jeff says sheepishly.
Mark smiles. "He must be a really great guy."
"He is. I don't know maybe it's just hero worship cause he's three years older but he's always been there for me no matter what."
Mark just keeps smiling. Jeff bites his lip and drinks a little bit more of his hot chocolate. Jeff doesn't realize that sometime while they were talking the blanket had slipped off and was showing every inch of his body. Mark tries but has a hard time taking his eyes off Jeff's graceful looking body. Both men jump when the door opens up. Jeff goes to tighten the blanket only to realize it had fallen off. Blushing wildly, Jeff grips the blanket close to his body. He stands up holding the blanket tightly around his body. He walks over to the huge man standing in the door way and offers his hand. The big man shies. Sticking out one ham-sized hand, Paul shakes Jeff's, in comparison, tiny hand. Jeff grins. "Thank you. For saving me the other day and for saving my sorry ass today." Paul grins back and blushes lightly. Mark watches from the side with a smile. He notices how small and fragile Jeff looks in comparison to Paul. Mark walks over to the two and hands Jeff his stuff. Jeff takes his pack and heads for the room Mark had shown him earlier. Pulling out his CB the first thing he does is check in. He explains in an abbreviated version what happened, telling his check in point that the bear eventually just ran away and that he would be on his way in a few seconds. Jeff dresses quickly in his uniform and heads out of the room. He smiles at Paul and Mark and walks over to where they are standing. "Thank you. Both of you." Jeff somehow manages to hug Paul and turns to Mark. Surprising both himself and the older man Jeff embraces Mark as well. Jeff blushes and leaves the two big men with crimson faces.
Jeff is sitting alone around a campfire staring into space. He doesn't notice when the tall man steps up behind him. He tries fighting against the tall blonde but something is covering his mouth. Finally he needs to breathe. Taking a deep breath, Jeff passes out as the chloroform sets in.
Jeff wakes up several days later in a strange house. Looking around he panics. Trying to call out he realizes his mouth is gagged. He takes deep breaths trying to calm himself. He jumps when the door opens. A tall, well-built blonde steps in through the door. "Hello Jeffrey. My name is Adam. Adam Copeland. You had my precious little Jay arrested. So I decided to exact my revenge by finishing what he started." Jeff gasps and starts to struggle against the bonds tying him to the bed.
Meanwhile, Matt is frantically searching for his brother. "Dammit Drew. Where the fuck could he be?"
"I don't know baby doll." Drew looks over at their friends who are helping them to look for the young man. "Guys?" Drew waits until everyone has gathered around before speaking. "I think we should start looking else where. Jeff obviously has left the area."
"No he hasn't. Paul would have noticed." Everyone turns around, gasping when the see the tall redhead staring at them. They all take several steps backwards when Paul steps behind Mark.
Matt stares at the men. "He's the ghost."
"Hardly a ghost. He's flesh and blood just like you and me. But he does have a habit of lurking in the shadows. But that's beside the point. Paul saw who took Jeff. The main problem is he lost them in the woods." Mark says looking at Matt.
"Which way did they head?" Matt asks.
Mark turns to Paul and raises his eyebrows. Paul looks nervously at the others. "It's okay Paul. They want to help Jeff. You see the dark-haired one." Paul nods. "I think that he is Jeff's big brother. You know how much Jeff loves his big brother right?" Paul nods again, looking a little less wary. "Then you need to help Matt find Jeff. Besides you don't want that guy to hurt your friend do you?" Paul shakes his head. "Okay then let's help these guys find Jeff." Paul nods almost reluctantly. He starts to walk away, leaving the others staring after him. After several steps Paul stops. He turns around and waves for the others to follow him.
Matt hurries to catch up to Paul and Mark. "Who are you two and why won't he speak?" Matt asks Mark.
Mark looks down at Matt. "Names Mark. That's Paul. Paul is the one who saved your brother from being raped the other day. He's also the one who saved him from the grizzly. I am just just nobody. Paul is mute, that's why he can't talk."
"Oh." Matt leaves Mark's side and catches up with the big man. "Hey Paul?" Paul turns his head and looks down at Matt. "Thank you for saving my brother both times." Paul just nods and looks away. Matt sighs.
Drew catches up to him and Matt explains what he knows about Paul and Mark. "I have the feeling that there is something Mark isn't telling me. But for some strange reason I completely trust these two. Am I nuts?"
"No baby doll. I trusted them before I knew anything about them so I don't blame you for trusting them. But you're right. It does sound like there is something Mark isn't saying. Maybe if we can get him to trust us then we can get him to tell us what's going on."
"Yeah." Matt nods and cuddles up closer to Drew. Drew pulls him tighter against his body and nuzzles his neck.
Jeff tries to scream around the gag to no avail. Adam had left him about two hours earlier and Jeff was panicking. He was beginning to think that even Adam's company would be better than nothing. Jeff tries to ignore the tears as hey slip down his face. Adam had finally told him where they were. They were apparently in a cabin that Jay and Adam had bought together a few years back. It was only a few yards from Calloway Lodge but hidden beneath a dense set of trees. No one would ever find it even if they knew it was there. Jeff sobs through the gag when he realizes that Matt must be frantic with worry by now. He tries to stop crying to no avail. He sobs harder when the door opens up and Adam walks through the door flanked by a slightly smaller blonde. Jeff gasps when he realizes it's Jay. He struggles harder as Jay's face lights up. "Oh Adam you got me a welcome home present. How sweet." Jay says kissing his lover before approaching Jeff. Jay caresses Jeff's skin. "God Jeffie you are so beautiful. I can't wait to be inside of you, making you scream my name." Jay looks up at Adam and he undresses himself. Staring at Jeff's naked form, Jay is getting harder by the second. Jay climbs in between Jeff's legs laughing when Jeff tries to scoot away. "Baby you ain't going nowhere so quit fighting this. You are going to enjoy every second. Ain't he Adam?"
Adam smiles as he looks on. "Yeah doll. He is gonna love having you up inside of him." Adam reaches over and slaps Jeff hard when Jeff keeps struggling. "Knock it off or I will slit your throat boy." Adam says pressing a ten inch knife against Jeff's tender neck. Jeff stops moving and glares up at Jay with hatred. Jay just smiles down at him and lifts up Jeff's hips. Without warning or preparation Jay thrusts into Jeff as hard as he can. Jeff screams can be heard through the gag. It had been months since he had last had sex and he had never been the bottom. Jeff screams again as Jay slips out and thrusts back in. Jeff kept screaming as Jay kept pumping away. Eventually Jay comes. Pulling his cock out of Jeff's ass, he laughs at all of the blood coming from Jeff as Jeff cries softly. Jay steps off of the bed and goes over to where Adam is stroking himself. Adam smiles as Jay lowers himself onto his lovers throbbing cock. As they pump in unison, Jay with his hand on his cock, Adam with his cock up Jay's ass Jeff looks away tears streaming down his face. Jeff prays for sleep to come but it refuses him. Jay screams out Adams name as he finally comes, Adam following soon after. Jay strokes Adams cock and looks at his lover with pleading eyes. "Adam baby I wanna see you fuck little Jeffie. Please?" Jay pouts. Adam smiles as he relents. He walks over to Jeff and quickly thrusts inside of the much smaller man. Jeff doesn't even scream as he is violated yet again. Jeff just lays there limply. Finally he passes out from the blood loss.
Paul hears something that the others can't hear. As he takes off running, all of the rangers and Mark try to keep up but they are no match for the longer legs. Paul finally comes upon the small cabin hidden from view by a series of immense pine trees. He searches almost frantically for the door. Finding it he tears the door off the hinges just as Adam is coming. Jay and Adam both jump to their feet. "Adam that's the man who attacked me in the showers. He's the ghost." Adam scoffs and is once again wielding the knife.
Several yards away, Mark , Matt, Drew and the others have lost sight of the big man. They all start to run in the direction of the screams. When they get there, Paul is gently carrying a bloodied and broken Jeff. When Matt tries to go inside of the cabin, Paul shoves Jeff into Marks arms and stops him. He shakes his head and looks grimly down at the smaller man. Matt steps back and goes over to Mark who is cradling Jeff in his arms. "Give him to me." Matt doesn't wait for a response but pulls his little brother out of Marks arms. Cradling Jeff close Matt starts to head down the mountain to the campsite where they had left their vehicles. Mark stops him.
"Follow me." Mark says softly. Matt concedes and follows the big man. As they get closer to Calloway Lodge Matt gets more and more worried.
"What are we doing here?" Drew asks nervously.
"I own this place. My dad left it to me."
"You're a Calloway?" Matt asks, incredulous.
"Yeah. It's a long story and as soon as we take care of Jeff I'll tell you everything." Mark says, more worried about Jeff than what will happen to him when the truth comes out.
Biting back a cry of terror Jeff pulls away from the hands that are gently cleaning him. "Please don't hurt me." He cries not realizing where he is.
Mark stops himself from reaching for the young man. "Shh. Jeff, its Mark. I won't hurt you darlin'. I promise." Mark waits for the panic to subside before holding out his hand to Jeff. "Come on. Now that you are awake you can take a shower."
Jeff looks around panic still evident in his eyes. "Where are Jay and Adam?"
"Gone darlin', long gone. They won't ever hurt you again." Mark looks at Jeff sadly, knowing any trust he and Paul had is gone now too. Mark smiles softly at the young man. "Come on Jeff. I'll show you where the shower is and then I'll take you to your brother."
Jeff looks slightly calmer at the mention of Matt. He nods slowly at Mark, still not truly comprehending where he is. He stands up slowly and winces at the pain. He steadies himself, backing up quickly when Mark comes closer to help steady him. Mark stops. He heads for the door. "Are you still going to show me where the shower is?"
Mark nods and says "Follow me." Jeff does as he is told walking slowly.
Almost an hour later, Jeff and Mark come downstairs, Mark in the lead. Jeff catches sight of his brother and runs into the relative safety of his arms. "Mattie I was so scared and it hurt so much. Please don't ever leave me again."
As the others look puzzled by Jeff's reaction, Matt just shakes his head and mouths `Not right now.' Matt pulls Jeff against him and just holds him while Jeff sobs. Matt soothes his little brother by whispering nonsensical words in his ear. Eventually Jeff falls asleep. Matt looks up at Mark and says "Is there a bedroom or something where I can lay him down?"
Mark nods and heads towards the stairs, Matt following awkwardly behind. "Do you want me to carry him Matt?"
"No I've got him Mark."
"Are you sure? Or do I scare you too much for you to let me carry him?"
Matt looks guiltily at his feet. "Both?" Matt says questioning himself.
Mark smiles and takes the small man out of his brothers arms. "Follow me so you'll know where he is." Matt does as he is told. When they get to the only furnished bedroom in the house Matt's eye's widen in surprise. Mark notices the look on his face and says " I know. Very lavish. I just sleep in here so I tend not to care. My grandfather though loved his extravagant lifestyle. This is actually his bedroom set that he built himself." Matt continues to looks around the room in awe. His eyes finally stop on the bed where Mark is laying Jeff. Mark sees the look of envy that crosses Matt's face as he looks at the bed. "I think Grandfather wanted to be able to fit an army on his bed. It's technically not even a king. It's much too big for any normal sheets but he had several sets made by my grandmother and she didn't even get to sleep in the same bed as him." Matt smiles at this and at the tender way Mark is handling his brother.
"Mark, have you fallen in love with Jeff?"
"No." Mark answers to quickly. "At least I don't think I am." Mark heads for the door. "Come on. I'll tell you and the others everything." Together Mark and Matt head down the stairs.
Mark sits on one of the recliners and waits until he has everyone's full attention. "I guess I should start about seven years ago. I met this man. He was everything I thought I ever wanted. I mean physically he had no flaws. And for the first few years we were both very happy. I loved him completely and totally. His name was Steve. Steven Austin Williams to be exact"
"And so the story ends with me going to jail for two years for a crime Steve committed. I never robbed those people but Steve made damn sure I took the fall. Hell, I didn't even know those people but I still served time for his crime. The end result is I moved here because I couldn't take the looks anymore. Everyone in my hometown had convicted me before the damn thing went to trial because God knows there precious little Steve wouldn't do something so immoral." Mark looks around the room at all of the faces, most of which hold pity. "I didn't tell you guys this so you would feel sorry for me. Hell, I'm surprised you even believe me. No one ever has. Not even my own parents believed me. They were the first to convict me before the trial."
"What happened to Steve?" Jeff asks from the doorway. Everyone looks up and is startled by the transformation from scared little boy to empathetic young man.
Mark answers. "I don't know. I think he took off for Switzerland. At least that's where he always said he was going."
Jeff walks into the room and first approaches Paul. Giving the large man a hug, he says "Thank you so much Paul. I know you saved my life, again. And I will never forget it." Jeff then walks over to his brother and pulls him into a hug. "I love you Matt. Thank you for letting me freak out on you." Jeff turns to Mark. He walks over and takes the big mans hands into his own. "And thank you for being so kind and gentle while you were trying to clean me up and for not freaking out when I lost it upstairs." Jeff then leans in and kisses Mark's cheek. "And for the rest of you. Thank you for looking for me and for not asking why I freaked so bad. But if you want I am ready to tell you?" Everyone nods wanting to know why Jeff was so upset earlier.
Jeff sits down next to Mark's chair, inadvertently seeking comfort from the older man. "When I was sixteen I was gang-raped in the locker room at school after football practice. This particular practice was held on Friday evening and I had made plans to go out with some of my buddies and I wasn't going to be home until the following Tuesday. We had Monday off for some teacher conference thing. Anyhow, I was the last guy in the showers and was just finishing up my shower when a bunch of seniors from the varsity team came back looking for something. They spotted me and I should probably mention that my hometown was and still is very homophobic. Unfortunately someone at school had found out about my being gay and I was picked on a lot. It never really bothered me because it wasn't like I was hitting on any of these guys. And for the most part the teasing was fairly good-natured. No major pot shots were taken and most of the teasing was the guys in my class just acting like sixteen year olds. But this day was different. These seniors were mean guys anyway and I stayed out of their way. Unfortunately when there were ten of them and only one of me, there wasn't a whole hell of a lot I could do to fight them. The biggest walked into the showers and said something along the lines of `lookit the little fagboy getting prettied up for his date.' I tried to ignore him, I tried to go around him but the others wouldn't let me go. They cornered me so I started to yell for the coach. I was scared and didn't really care if I got in trouble for taking so long. I didn't like taking showers with the other guys because of the fag comments. Unfortunately the coach had long since left. One of the seniors ripped my towel off and started snapping it at me. No big deal. It wasn't like I hadn't done the same thing with my friends. But this was different in that he wanted to hurt me. " Jeff pauses and takes a deep breath. "At some point, I don't really know when, one of them had inched close enough to grab my dick. The others just laughed when I told them to leave me alone. Of course none of them paid any attention to what I wanted. When I tried to fight back I got slammed against the tiles hard. I hit my head but didn't black out. I did however hit the floor. That's when they jumped me. At first it was just hitting and kicking. Eventually one of the guys said something about `teaching me a lesson I would never forget.' They took turns holding me down and violating me. The more I tried to fight back the more violent they got. Eventually they left me laying there, in a pool of my blood, their come and urine. I couldn't talk, I couldn't move, I couldn't do much of anything except lie there in tears. They found me on Tuesday morning, when the school opened back up. I know, you're thinking that there should have been janitors at the very least. They also had a vacation. Those guys were right about one thing. It was something that I will never forget. By the time the coach found me I was completely unconscious and in serious need of blood, not to mention just straight medical attention. I wound up staying in the hospital for three weeks with pneumonia from them leaving the showers running and the lack of anything resembling being warm. I got into a fight with my dad after I left the hospital about me being gay and everyone in town knowing it. I wanted to go back to school and show those jack asses that they didn't scare me. Of course they did but I figured I wouldn't ever have to be alone with them again. My dad wasn't having any of it. He sent me to live with my grandparents. That's where the whole thing about Matt leaving me comes into play. I blamed him because I knew he would always be there for me. Before you ask what I blamed him for, I blamed him for well for pretty much everything. I knew it wasn't his fault and he couldn't have helped anymore than I did but again I had to place the blame somewhere so it landed on him. Mainly because I knew he knew I wasn't mad at him. I was mad at what had happened but I needed to make someone responsible. And you can't exactly take your frustrations out on a guy that scares you just thinking about him." Everyone looks at Jeff with sadness in their eyes. Jeff is looking at the floor and doesn't notice their pitying looks.
"Jeff? What are you gonna do about your job?"
"What do you mean Matt? As soon as I can move without pain, I am going to finish the job."
"No you aren't." Jeff looks at Drew in surprise.
"What are you talking about?"
"Vince is making Matt and you take a month off. He wants you to both see a counselor."
Matt looks at Drew in surprise. "But why should I go see a counselor?"
"Because your brother just went through a very traumatic event in his life and you admitted that you and Jeff are closer than any normal set of brothers should be."
Matt shakes his head and walks into the kitchen to call Vince. He comes back minutes later and tells everyone what Vince said. "Okay. I am not taking any time off. But you Jeff are actually not going to be able to go back to work for about three months."
"Why three months?"
"I don't know. Something about how dangerous it is and how you shouldn't be out there alone."
"Then why can't he give me a partner?"
"Because he hired you to work on your own."
Jeff looks at his brother in distress. "What about the cabin? I'm not supposed to be there if I'm not working as a ranger right?"
"Yeah. We are gonna have to find you something temporary. Jeff it's only three months. It won't take that long I promise."
"Where am I supposed to live for those three months though? I don't have a house without that cabin."
"You can stay here with me and Paul. I could use someone to talk to who can talk back once in a while." Mark says with a soft smile.
Jeff looks up into the big man's green eyes. "I wouldn't want to be a burden."
"You wouldn't be. My knees are messed up pretty bad. You could help around here and you would still be close to your brother."
"There is that."
"And Paul wouldn't have to lurk in the shadows so much." Mark says smiling at the larger man. Paul smiles back shyly.
Jeff laughs. "That's true. What do you think Mattie?"
"I think that this is the perfect solution." Matt says watching Mark's face very closely.
Mark is aware of the scrutiny and says "There is only one problem. I only have the one bed. Paul usually sleeps on the floor because even that bed is too small for him."
Jeff shrugs. "No problem. I have a sleeping bag and a pillow. I'll be fine on the floor."
"Good then you can come back up with your stuff whenever. I am usually around and even if I'm not, I don't lock the door. There's nothing here to steal."
Jeff smiles. "Good point. Come on Matt, Drew, guys. We might as well go get my stuff."
They all thank Mark and Paul and head back down the mountain. Paul looks at Mark and taps him on the shoulder. He uses hand gestures to say something to Mark. Mark replies "I am not in love with Jeff. He's a very sweet kid and I care about him. But I am not in love with him." Mark sounds like he is trying to convince himself as much as he is trying to convince Paul.
One Month Later
"Hey Mark? I'm running into town for supplies. Do you need anything?" Jeff yells from the base of the stairs.
Mark appears at the top of the stairs. "Just what's on the list kid. But you might want to ask Paul if you can find him."
"I already looked for him. He's nowhere to be found, as usual. You wouldn't want to come with me would you?"
"You know I don't leave here Jeff."
Jeff shrugs. "Okay man. But you know I had to ask." He says with a grin.
Mark smiles in return. "Just get out of here before I throw you out."
Jeff grins harder and heads for the front door. Just as he is pulling the door open, Paul is on the other side pushing it. Jeff ends up on his butt. "Ow. Hi Paul. Need anything from town?" Jeff says laughing at himself as much as at the bigger men's looks of concern.
Mark shakes his head when Jeff starts laughing and walks over to help him up. "You need to be more careful Jeff." Jeff grins up at him.
Paul comes over and with his eyes, asks Jeff if he's all right. "I'm fine Paul. My butt might be a little sore tomorrow but I'm fine. So do you need anything from town?" Paul shakes his head. Jeff frowns. "You two are no fun." Jeff walks over to the telephone stand and grabs his keys. "Okay I am going. Mark are you sure you don't want to come with me?"
Mark starts to say no but Paul pushes him. When Mark turns around to glare at the bigger man, Paul just smiles and nods his head. Mark looks between the two hopeful faces and sighs. "Give me five minutes to grab a shirt Jeff." Jeff's face lights up as does Paul's.
Five minutes later they are on their way. Mark looks over at Jeff and tries to memorize every detail of his profile. Jeff looks over and notices Mark staring. "What do I have something on my face?"
"What? No. I was just wondering why you shave that way?"
"The lines? Why not? Makes me stand out."
"And you don't think that your hair does that all by itself?"
"True but this makes me even more of an individual. Besides, I like it."
"I guess that's the most important thing."
"That's what I think. So what made you change your mind?"
"About coming with you?" Jeff nods. "I'm not sure. Maybe it was the pitiful looks you and Paul had on your faces?"
Jeff laughs, making Mark smile. "Oh you mean this?" Jeff puts on a puppy dog face. Mark laughs. "Yeah that gets `em every time." Jeff looks over and smiles.
Mark gives a little laugh. "You are insane Jeff. You do know that right?"
"Yep. Certifiable even." Jeff shrugs and smiles wider.
Mark looks around and realizes that they have already passed the town of East Glacier. "Umm. Jeff? Where are we going?"
"Great Falls." Jeff grins at the other man's shocked look. "What you didn't think I meant East Glacier did you?"
"Actually that's exactly what I thought you meant. Jeff I can't" Mark stops talking.
Jeff bites his lip and reaches across the cab of the truck and places a hand on Mark's knee. "Mark, it'll be okay. I promise. Nobody will know who you are. Besides, if you've served time for a crime you didn't commit then fuck them. They ain't worth getting upset over."
Mark looks down at Jeff's hand and then up at Jeff's face. "Why Great Falls? Why can't we just do our shopping in East Glacier?"
"Well, Matt asked me to go for them and since you like to stock up I figured that Great Falls is better because they have Sam's Club."
"Right. No big deal. I can handle this."
Jeff notices the distress on Mark's face and pulls the truck over. "Mark? Why don't you want to go to Great Falls?" Jeff asks taking Mark's face in his hands.
Mark looks into Jeff's green eyes and smiles faintly. "No reason. I just haven't been around that many people in a long time. I have never been comfortable in crowds because I stand out so much."
Jeff searches his eyes for signs that he is lying. Finding none, he impulsively places a soft kiss on Mark's lips. "If that's your only worry then don't. Look at who you are going with. No one is going to notice you while I'm around." Mark is left speechless from the kiss. Jeff smiles at him and lets go of Mark's face. He turns back to the road and pulls the truck onto the highway again. They sit in comfortable silence the rest of the way. Mark's mind is running at high speed trying rationalize the kiss that Jeff gave him, a kiss so soft and short that it couldn't have meant anything. At least that is what Mark is trying to convince himself of. Jeff meanwhile is trying to figure out why he kissed the older man. He rationalizes that it was only to make Mark feel better but then why did he enjoy it so much? And why did Jeff want to kiss him again? Finding no answers Jeff tries to concentrate on something else, anything else in fact, to no avail. Jeff realizes something for the first time. He is in love with the older man but he can't figure out when it happened. Mark is finally admitting to himself how much he loves the younger man but can't come up with a way to tell him.
Two weeks later
Jeff comes running down the stairs at top speed. "Mark, Paul come here. Hurry up. You have to come with me." Jeff takes off out the front door without waiting to see if he was being followed or not.
Mark follows him slowly while Paul runs to catch up with the smaller man. They both get to the top of the hill Jeff had disappeared over and Mark laughs heartily. Jeff is rolling down the hill in snow. It was their first official snow fall and Jeff had never seen such a beautiful sight. Paul shoulders are shaking as he silently laughs.
Jeff hits the bottom of the hill and springs to his feet. Grabbing a handful of snow he forms a ball. With perfect aim he throws it at Paul who jumps in surprise at the cold wetness sliding down his shirt. Jeff laughs and then starts to run when Paul comes after him. Mark watches silently as Jeff and Paul behave like two ten year olds, throwing snowballs and running around. Jeff heads back up the hill towards Mark and ducks just in time to avoid a speeding snowball that hits Mark in the chest. Jeff giggles and runs the rest of the way, ducking behind Mark when Paul prepares to throw another snowball. Mark stand there shocked by the first snowball. Paul tosses the snowball he has prepared gently to Mark who catches it. Mark turns around and shoves the snowball down the back of Jeff's shirt. Jeff shrieks and takes off running again. Mark laughs and sits down in the snow to watch his friends play. Finally Jeff calls a truce and the two men plop to the ground and start making snow angels. Paul eventually gets too cold and heads back inside.
Mark stays there watching the man he loves have such a good time just laying in the snow. Jeff looks up and catches Mark watching him. Jeff stands up and walks slowly towards the older man. Kneeling between Marks knees, Jeff pulls Mark in for a kiss. Jeff slips his tongue out and rubs it against Mark's lips. Mark moans in response, opening his mouth for the younger man. Jeff takes full advantage and slips his tongue into Mark's mouth. They fight for control of the kiss. Neither of them is even aware that Mark has laid down, pulling Jeff with him. Jeff lay in between Mark legs, their crotches rubbing against one another as they kiss. Jeff deepens the kiss, making it more and more hot. Finally they both need to come up for air. Jeff darts his tongue out to lick Mark's lips. Mark moans and pulls the younger man back up against him in another bruising kiss. This time when they pull apart, its Mark who licks Jeff's bruised and swollen lips. When Mark starts to speak, Jeff silences him with another searing kiss. Jeff runs his hands over the bigger man's chest and pulls his mouth away but doesn't stop kissing Mark. Jeff kisses his way down his face to his neck , where Jeff grabs hold and leaves a mark on Mark's skin. Mark moans. "Jeff I" Mark is silenced again by Jeff's mouth. They continue this form of blood boiling kisses until each of them is so cold from the snow and wind they can barely move. Jeff gets to his feet and helps Mark to stand. Neither of them pays any attention to the bulges between their legs as they kiss again and again while standing up. Finally they have to go back in the house.
Once they are back at the house Jeff goes to sit in front of the fire and Mark heads up to his bedroom. Jeff sits down and wraps his arms around himself. Paul walks into the room cautiously, not wanting to disturb them should they be making out still. He frowns when he sees Jeff all alone. Looking into the kitchen, his frown deepens when he sees that it's empty. He grabs a quilt and places it around Jeff's shoulders. Grabbing Jeff's face he pulls it up to meet his. Jeff sighs and tries to smile. "Don't worry big guy. I won't hurt him." Paul shakes his head and gestures to Jeff. "I love him but I don't know how else to show him. What am I going to do Paul?" Jeff starts to cry and places his head on the big man's knee where he cries until the tears won't come anymore.
Mark is sitting on his bed, mentally slapping himself for not staying with Jeff. He just doesn't understand why Jeff wouldn't let him talk. He lays down on the bed thinking of Jeff and only Jeff.
Spring has arrived and Jeff and Mark have been avoiding each other like the plague. Paul is at his wits end trying to figure out how to make them make up. Finally he comes up with a plan. Paul sets them both out in different directions with the same destination in mind. Running Eagle Falls , the place where Mark fell in love with Jeff.
Jeff gets there first. He smiles when he hears the rushing water. He gapes when he sees the two waterfalls running together. Jeff approaches the water shocked at how cold it is. He hears a voice say "It's supposed to be cold. It's glacial run-off." Jeff doesn't need to turn around to know who's there.
"I know. I was just testing it. What are you doing here Mark?"
"Paul wanted me to leave the house so he could talk to you. Jeff, why won't you look at me?"
Jeff turns around slowly. "He said the same thing to me. And I don't want to be reminded of how much I lost when I kissed you." He stares into smoldering green eyes.
"How much you lost? Jeff, I am still here."
"Yeah but you never speak to me, you never look at me, and you have never tried to kiss me since that day."
"You've never done any of those things either. And you're the one who wouldn't let me speak when we were kissing. All I wanted to do was tell you that I lo Never mind you didn't want to hear it then so you probably don't want to hear it now."
Jeff looks stricken. "Mark you you mean all this time I thought you were mad at me and I find out its because I didn't want you speaking?" Mark nods. "Mark." Jeff walks over to the fallen log that Mark is sitting on and takes the older man's face into his hands. "Mark I didn't want you to speak because I was afraid you would tell me to stop. I I love you and I don't want to be without you."
Mark looks up at Jeff and just stares. "I love you too Jeff. I have ever since that first meeting I think."
"When you had a shotgun pointed at me?" Jeff says with a giggle.
Mark laughs. "Yeah. You weren't scared. You should have been but you weren't. You just stood there like I wasn't some strange man with a gun pointed at you."
"When we were sitting in your living room that first time."
"What?"
"That's when I fell in love with you. When we were sitting in your living room that day when you and Paul saved me from the grizzly. You had just carried me into the house and set me down in front of this nice warm fire and I was watching you make hot chocolate for me. I fell in love with you right then because no one has ever cared enough about me to do the things you had done that day. Except Matt but he doesn't count." Jeff pulls their faces closer and places soft kisses along Mark's jaw. "I want you to make love to me. Out here under the stars. Please Mark."
Mark hesitates. "Jeff, it wasn't that long ago that you were raped. I don't want to hurt you because of that."
"Okay then. You don't have to make love to me but please hold me. I want to feel your body against mine." Mark nods his agreement and they set up their tent and hook their sleeping bags together. They sit in silence watching the waterfall for hours just holding one another. Jeff's back is up against Mark's chest. Finally they both yawn widely. Jeff stands up followed by Mark. They walk hand in hand over to the tent. Mark offers to let Jeff go in first and get undressed and into the sleeping bags but Jeff won't hear of it. Jeff reaches up and unbuttons Mark's flannel shirt. He slips the shirt off of his shoulders, kissing him lightly everywhere that Mark's flesh is exposed. Mark moans at the feathery kisses Jeff is placing on his body. Jeff moves to unbutton the big man's pants. Slipping Mark's jeans off Jeff smiles at the sight before him. He places the same soft feathery kisses against Mark's boxer briefs earning him more moans from Mark. Jeff slips two fingers onto either side of the waist band of Mark's underwear and slides them down Mark's legs. Even with the slight chill in the air, Mark's cock is standing at full attention. When Jeff starts to place light kisses along the shaft Mark pulls away. "Jeff no. I don't want you to feel like you have to."
Jeff looks up and grins. "I want to. If you won't make love to me the conventional way then we'll just have to do other things won't we?" He says making Mark smile. Jeff does stop teasing Mark's cock to stand up and place kisses along Mark's shoulder. "Why don't you undress me now Mark?"
Mark smiles and pulls Jeff's t-shirt over his head. Mark nips and licks Jeff's now exposed flesh. Reaching Jeff's belly button, Mark plays with the ring there, making Jeff moan. He then undoes the buttons on Jeff's jeans. Pushing them down slowly he nuzzles Jeff's obvious erection, through his boxer shorts. Jeff moans and thrusts his hips against Mark trying to get more contact. Mark pulls away and looks up at Jeff. "Calm down sweet. We have all night." Mark finishes taking off Jeff's jeans. He then hooks his thumbs onto the waist band of Jeff's boxer's and slowly pulls them down as well. "Damn Jeff I had no idea you were so big." Jeff blushes and shrugs. He jumps when he feels a warm breath across the tip of his cock. Mark slowly licks the tip bringing it into his mouth. Jeff moans from the aching pleasure. Mark smiles around his cock and starts to suck on the tip. Jeff grips Mark's shoulders and tries to keep himself upright. Mark senses the boys growing weakness and gently removes his mouth. Jeff groans in protest. Mark leads him into the tent and lays him gently on top of the sleeping bags. He then returns to sucking on Jeff's cock. Jeff smiles at the sweetness of the gesture and gasps when Mark swallows him whole. Jeff thrusts his hips to meet the moist warmth of Mark's mouth. Jeff comes several minutes later and lays there as Mark crawls up to lay beside him. Jeff smiles at his new lover and slides his body down Mark's. Slipping his tongue between his teeth, Jeff licks the bigger mans cock. Mark moans and gasps when Jeff suddenly takes the entire length into his mouth. Mark can only take so much of the suction Jeff has created and comes minutes later. As they lay spooned together, Jeff smiles happily and Mark nuzzles his young lover's neck. They soon fall into a deep sleep.
Waking the next morning, Mark looks over at his slight lover. He can hardly believe his luck. He continues to just stare at Jeff until he wakes. Stretching out, Jeff opens his eyes to find himself looking at his lover. "Mornin'." Jeff says snuggling closer to Mark's warmth.
"Good morning Jeff." Mark says wrapping his arms around Jeff, pulling him closer. "You don't regret last night do you?"
"Of course not Mark. I love you and you love me. There is nothing to regret. Do you regret it?"
"No. I could never regret being with you. I love you Jeff." They both jump when they hear voices outside of the tent. Laughing at themselves Mark pulls on his pants as Jeff does the same. They climb out of the tent together and are a bit startled to see Matt, Drew and Glenn looking at them. "Hi guys." Mark says softly not daring to look at his new found lover.
Jeff smiles at his brother and says "Good morning you guys. What brings you out here?"
Matt scowls at his brother while Drew answers. "We heard a report about bears being seen around here. What are you two doing here?"
"Jeff had never seen the falls so we decided to camp out." Mark says not wanting Matt to find out the truth.
Jeff looks at him appalled by the lie. "Actually that's only part of the reason. Mark and I haven't been getting along so Paul decided to play mister fix it and sent us both out here separately knowing we'd talk things out." Jeff says wondering why Mark is acting ashamed of what they did.
Matt's scowl turns into a sigh of relief. "And here I thought you two were doing, well were having sex or something."
Mark looks away from Jeff and towards the falls. Jeff looks his brother in the eyes and says "Well, it might have gotten that far if we hadn't heard you guys out here."
Mark flips his head around to stare at Jeff in astonishment. Matt starts to yell but is cut off by Drew's hand across his mouth. Drew smiles at the two men and says "Sorry we interrupted you guys. We were just on our way." Drew proceeds to pick up Matt and carry him off, Glenn following close behind.
Mark turns back to Jeff and asks "Why did you tell him that?"
"It's true isn't it? You were going to make love to me until we heard voices? Or are you ashamed of what happened between us?" Jeff asks indignant.
"Yes it's true and no I'm not ashamed but he's your brother and he doesn't trust me as it is. I don't want him thinking I'm going to hurt you. I love you and. And maybe I just wanted to keep our relationship private for a little while longer."
Jeff pulls Mark down so that they are face to face. "I love you. And I don't care what my brother says. You make me happy. And I know you would never hurt me. If Matt has a problem with us being together than it's his problem not ours. Understand?"
Mark nods and kisses Jeff tenderly. Jeff sighs in pleasure and kisses Mark back. They stay locked in the embrace for several minutes. They then load up their stuff and make for the lodge.
"Jeff, will you please tell me what is going on with you and Mark?" Matt asks his little brother.
"No problem Matt. I love him. He's asked me to move in with him and I am going to say yes. And I plan on staying with him for the rest of my life. I just have to convince him that he wants to spend the rest of his life with me." Jeff says smiling at his brother.
"Jeff I just don't want you to get hurt. He's older than you and more experienced. And you've been"
"Raped Matt. Say it. And yes I was but so far he has not touched me in any way that I object to. I love him and he loves me. He's said so repeatedly. And he proves it every morning when I wake up in his arms. Matt please I want you to be happy for me. But if you can't be than we won't see each other that much. I love you but he is my heart. I don't know what else to say to convince you."
"He makes you happy? And he loves you?"
"Yeah."
"Then I have no choice but to support you. I may not like it right away but I will always be there for you."
"Thank you Matt. You'll see that he loves me. Now what was your good news?"
"Drew and I are getting married."
"Really? Congratulations. I am so happy for you. When is the date?"
"We haven't decided yet. But I want you to be my best man. Drew is having Glenn be his best man."
"I would be honored. Are you going to invite Mark and Paul?"
"Paul? I hadn't thought about it. But yeah I guess so since it seems I owe your life to him. As for Mark I would assume that where you go he goes so that means he's invited as well."
Jeff pulls Matt into a hug. "Thank you bro. You won't regret giving Mark a chance. I promise."
"I hope not Jeff. I hope not." Matt says beneath his breath as Jeff walks away.
"God Matt looked beautiful. I can't believe my big brother is married." Jeff says as he watches his brothers plane take off. He leans into his lovers embrace.
Mark holds Jeff against his chest and sighs. "It was a beautiful wedding. And Matt looked good so did Drew. But for some reason I couldn't take my eyes off of your brother's best man. If you ask me he was the most beautiful man there."
Jeff smiles. "Flatterer. Thank you baby. Now that the plane is gone let's go back to the motel and celebrate."
Mark grins and allows Jeff to lead him out of the airport and back to their hotel.
The next morning Jeff wakes up to find himself in Mark's arms. It's a position he has become accustomed to but he still loves waking up in the arms of the man he loves. He stares at Mark just marveling at his lover. Mark wakes up looking into Jeff's eyes. He smiles and hugs Jeff closer to his body. Jeff snuggles into him and lays his head on his lovers chest. "Mark? I've been thinking. Maybe we should open up Calloway Lodge again. I mean to tourists. I would help. And really all it would take would be some furniture and some cleaning up." Jeff bites his lip as he waits for an answer.
Mark closes his eyes and tries to picture what Jeff is saying. "You know what baby? You're right. We should do that. But you are also wrong. We would have to hire people to work for us and we would have to get all kinds of permits. But I like that idea. Especially the part about you helping me. So let's do it. We can get started when we get back to Montana."
Jeff smiles and sits up. Looking over his lover's body, Jeff isn't surprised to see Mark hard and just waiting for him. They make love slowly and dreamily.
Jeff looks around the living room and smiles. He wipes his forehead with a dirty bandanna and looks over at his lover, brother, brother in law and best friend who are all sweating as much as he is. He laughs. "Jesus if I look half as bad as the rest of you do, I need a shower bad."
Mark smiles and shakes his head. "No kidding. I feel like I've been rolling in the dirt."
Matt grins. "You look like you have."
Drew laughs. "Matt, honey you don't look any better."
Paul just silently laughs at the others. Jeff giggles and jumps on Mark. "We are done baby. No more actual work until we go get the furniture."
Mark rolls Jeff onto his back. "I know. Can we please have a few weeks off? This place isn't opening until the summer and that is still four months away."
"Sounds good to me. Matt, Drew thank you guys so much for all of your help."
"You're welcome baby bro. But since we are going to be working here with you we might as well have put in the hard labor." Matt says with a smile.
Jeff looks at his brother and sticks out his tongue. Matt returns the gesture. Drew and Mark look at one another and laugh. Jeff and Matt both tackle their respective lovers and start to tickle them. Mark quickly gets the upper hand and has Jeff on his back begging for relief. Matt has Drew pinned and begging for air. Paul is sitting by and laughing silently.
Later that night
"Jeff baby can I ask you something?"
"Of course Mark" Jeff says from the shower where he is still trying to wash the grime out of his hair.
"Will you come out of the shower baby?"
"In a minute." Jeff says as he finishes washing his hair.
Jeff walks into their bedroom wearing nothing. Mark turns around when he hears Jeff's light footsteps. "Good you're done. Baby I was wonder." Mark trails off as he catches sight of Jeff standing in the middle of their bedroom wearing nothing but droplets of water and a seductive smile. Jeff's cock is jutting out from his body, dripping with water and pre come. Mark shakes his head and finishes asking his question. "Jeff baby will you marry me?"
The smile disappears as Jeff looks at Mark incredulous. "Are you serious?"
"Yeah baby. I want you to be my husband."
Jeff's smile returns and he runs over to Mark. Jumping into Mark's arms Jeff kisses him noisily. "Yes. Yes. Yesyesyesyesyesyesyesyesyes yes." Jeff says kissing Mark all over his face.
Mark smiles and lays Jeff on their bed gently. He slowly makes love to him and they fall asleep holding one another.
Four Months Later

Jeff is running down the stairs, yelling. "Mark, hurry up. We open in fifteen minutes. Now get your butt down here. Paul, where are you? I need your help getting the front desk in order. We still need to move it. Matt, Drew, come on. You need to get your asses down here now. We open in ten minutes now. Where the hell is everyone?"
Matt comes out of the kitchen with a smile. "Relax Jeff. Everything is going to be fine."
Drew follows him seconds later. "Geez Jeff you'd think this was all on your shoulder's. We all have stake in this place now."
Paul comes out of the back office with a smile and a wave. Jeff meets him by the front desk and they lift it in to place. With five minutes left to go, Mark appears at the bottom of the stairs and walks over to his husband. "I am so glad you mentioned this idea to me. And I am so glad that you are my lover and my husband." They kiss and hold one another. Minutes later they open their doors for business officially. Their first customer is right on time and everyone goes to do their respective jobs and Paul disappears.
Later that week Jeff and the others lead the guests on an overnight hike. As they settle down around the campfire, one of the campers hears a noise and starts to freak out. Jeff smiles sympathetically and starts to tell the story of the Glacier Park Ghost, whom he knows as Paul.
