Hey,

Weclome to the page where I vent about anything and everything. lirpa's got two, so I can have one, at least. And anyone foolish enough to wander in here can say they've experienced a part of my brain.  Happy Easter to everyone. What a very long time it's been since I updated this page. :(

I have to say that I'm very upset with the quality of WWE prductions lately. It seems that most of their angles and just knee jerk reactions. The programming itself seems to center around characters who are way past their prime, Vince McMahon or Hulk Hogan. The angles that are being used to keep these old men on my T.V. are lame, and take far to much time. Why would I wanty to watch Vince and Hogan scream outdated profanities at each other when I can watch actually wrestling. My opinion of Sable hasn't risen at all, but it was always under ground, anyway. I'm pretty sure I know how she got back into the company.

The WWE does seem to have some new up and coming talent, though paying people like Goldberg makes no sense. Why if he was such a big draw did his company go under. Obiviously, he's not all that. Another annoying ascept of the WWE lately has been the lack of anything resembling a decent storyline. Having Kane de-mask, was stupid!! It was an established charcter with a foil in RVD and the possiblity for a good run with HHH! Knee-jerk reactions!! *sigh* Anyway the other angles, for both brands don't look much better. They're shoddy quickly put together angles without enough thought put into them! The writers need to take a moment and just look at what they are producing and just judge it. I look back at the Alliance angle with fondess, and that was the low of programming when I watched it. But then, there's always a new low, Which I think the WWE is busy proving. However, it's even lower then low to rely on American patroitism to see tickets. Not all of their viewing aduince, or even most of it, is American, so why cram so much Americanism down their throats that they have to turn the T.V. off. That's not good for ratings.

Anyway, I'm mildly excited because the Smackdown! tour is coming to my hometown, the first time in two and a half years, and I'll probably be able to go the show. It'll be nice to see some of the people I watchevery week out of loyalty in person. I hope that it's a good show, bit it looks like it might be. Well, at least I hope it will be, or at least worth the money that I'm going to spend at it and for it! And the shit that it's going to get me in with my family! I hope for no McMahon, Chris Benoit, the hometown boy, and lots of action.

Having seen Goldburg over the last few weeks I find nothing to be impressed with. I see a not expectionally talent superstar with a huge ego, a crappy entrance, horrible moves, and no personality. I see the announcers trying to push him, which gets on my nerves. Let the guys earn their opportunities get them Austin belittling Storm because he can WRESTLE, and doesn't send tons of time talking is so stupid, and an example if the poor condition of the current angles being produced. That's about all I have to say for now!

Sincerely,

shana
