Untitled 12
Were friends, she had told him. Just friends.

Raven groaned out loud, trying to get the image of Mollys face out of his mind. Or, more accurately, Mollys face as she smiled brightly at that little runt, Spike Dudley. After that SmackDown episode, he had confronted her about her little chat with the smallest of the Dudleyz. He had seen the way Spike had looked at her, and it was a look that made him extremely uncomfortable.

Damnit, Im not jealous! Raven muttered angrily to himself, trying to shake the episode out of his mind. I dont care!

Trouble was, he did. He cared a whole lot more than he wanted to admit to himself. His less-than-conventional relationship with Molly was the most important thing in his life, and there was absolutely no way he would ever do anything to jeopardise it. Although the two of them had never progressed any further past a kiss, Raven knew that she was worth waiting for. After all, he had waited this long just to meet her.

Dont care about what? a soft, extremely familiar voice asked, coming up behind him.

Raven whirled around, and smiled as Molly walked into his dressing room. However, she stayed standing. So he stood. Nothing.

She always had that effect on him. As soon as she entered the room, everything and everyone faded until there was just her. Nothing and nobody mattered but her. She filled his senses, and all he wanted to do was experience the woman that was Molly Holly.

Ready for your match? she asked sweetly, her eyes bright.

He nodded, the nervous flutter in his stomach gone in her presence. She didnt know it, but she was his strength. Very ready.

I just wanted to stop by and wish you luck, so I cant stay long, Molly said. Her infectious mood was very catching, and he felt his heart lightening despite what she had just said.

Or maybe it was just her.

Youll do just fine, she continued, reaching up to push his hair out of his face.

Mollys confidence in him was all he needed, and he was grateful for her having stopped by. Thank you. Albert isnt exactly the smallest guy on the roster, but Im faster than him.

She leaned forward and hugged him tightly. Ill be cheering for you, she said.

Will I see you later? Raven couldnt help but ask as she pulled away.

Of course, she grinned, heading out towards the door again. Then, with a final wave, she walked out into the hallway and turned left.

A small frown came over his face as he remembered something. The Hollys dressing room was to the right of his, and he knew that neither Crash nor Hardcore would be wrestling until much later in the night.

And to his left were Triple H and Austin, Edge and Christian, Jerichoand the Dudleyz.
