Subject: NM - A question regarding posting

I have a question concerning posting. I'm new to posting. I've posted one full movie that was deleted by rapidshare and have now hidden my links and another that was deleted by the moderators for "forum flooding". I'm ready to post three scenes; however, I'm not really understanding the 10 thread thing. How do you determine the 10 threads? Do you count from the top? What determines a "subject"? When is appropriate to start a new post? I'm not trying to be difficult; just trying to keep my future posts from conflicting with the rules. Thanks for any help y'all might be able to provide.
