Fred has been bad, very, very bad. See Fred be bad. Fred downloaded wayyyyyyy too many movies to watch and had the swift and heavy hand of RS lay the burden of the daily limit upon him. Now, Fred is curious when RS.com "starts" their day; ie, when does reset happen?
