i re-encoded the video from an mp4 to it's current avi. i wonder if you are using VLC Player to watch. if not, you should first try that player (link found on left, top page) and get back to me. it played fine for me but i was a touch under the influence when i viewed it and can't quite remember if there was sound at all.
