You should check every now and then the NEWS tab in rapidshare.com website.
If you are a prem member, when u logon to ur account up on the left hand side menu you can see a NEWS tab, click on it and you'll see. I dont know about non-prem members but I suppose there is some news tab for them too somewhere (although such news dont affect their status..)
