During the Third Amber-Chaos war, Eric asked his sister, Florimel, to take Lisle into her house. She has spent various degrees of her time there and is said to be close to Flora. It is during this time she's met Brand and Caine. She has since become Brand's apprentice in the 'arts'.

It is the place she met her cousin, Caivar, whom she loved and later married in secret.
