Objective

Through the multiple positions that I have had at Kohl's, I have been able to familiarize myself with communication skills and customer service. Also, asset protection plays a big role in my job in which I prevent theft and protect the merchandise in order for our inventory to be profit instead of a loss to the company.

  • Implemented great customer service and communication skills not only with customers but also with co-workers and CEO's.
  • As a sales representative made our sales increase during very low periods.
  • Promoted to being a loss prevention officer for giving callouts on suspicious activity.
  • Stores inventory loss dropped from a 3% to a 1.5%, which meant that the amount of theft of our store increased by 1.5%.
