The size of a mans penis medically is not important to his or your health, but can be vital to your relationship and a consideration if your planning to have children. While it is common place for small penises to manage to fertilise, it is 3 times easier if your man is of normal or large proportions.

What is Normal?
Part of our research is recording penal size and shape across a broad cross section of men of all ages and ethnic origin. Our studies have proved that the average erect penal length is 6.5 - 7.5 inches and 5.2 - 5.8 inches around the circumference (girth). the average flaccid penis is 4 -4.5 inches long.

As you can see the CSP falls well below this average under 6 inches long and only 4.8 inches around. His flaccid state measures just 3.4 inches!

Sadly for the CSP most women in our surveys prefer a normal to large penis. This is born out in our testing using artificial penises on 83 women. 78% said the 8" x 6" had the most pleasurable effect. While only 7% preferred the 6" x 5" 'penis'. 21% expressed no preference.

Fortunately for you very small penises are rare and you are unlikely to find our CSP.

Having a partner with a very small penis need not be a problem, but achieving an orgasm through intercourse is difficult. The vagina needs to be stretched if it is to transmit sensation to the clitoris which with most women the CSP would fail to do satisfactory.

Condoms and the small penis
If you are using condoms as a barrier against disease or pregnancy there is a higher risk of breakages if the condom does not fit properly. Most prophylactics measure  between 6.5 and 7 inches long and 4.7 inches round. They are made slightly smaller than average so the sheath fits tightly around the penis and allows for the fact that it is not possible to roll the condom completely to the base of the shaft. If as in the CSP your penis is the same or smaller dimensions as the condom it can quickly roll itself off during intercourse and break. You know the sheath is too big for the penis when after intercourse you notice the teat is no longer on the tip of the penis but hangs down. Some manufactures however do make specialist condom for the small penis and can be ordered through various sites on the Internet.

Conclusion
There is one advantage of your partner having a small penis he is six times less likely to have an affair. He is also more likely to prefer giving you oral sex and anal sex is comfortable. He does however tend to be pre-occupied with his small size which can lead to mental and emotional issues which often in turn lead to impotency.

Cures
Sadly there is no treatment for this condition, Vacuum pumps only work for a short time and only have limited effect. Creams and various exercises advertised on the Internet generally have no effect. If the condition is really bad a Penectomy is sometimes recommended to completely eradicate the problem.
