Is This Normal?
A Case Study of  a Penis

1 : The flaccid CSP with foreskin covering the Glans

2: The foreskin pulled back showing folds of unnecessary skin. A breeding ground for bacteria and viruses, including HIV.

Hygiene is important

The Foreskin
The Foreskin is a piece of skin that covers the Glans of the flaccid Penis and retracts over the shaft when the penis is erect. It is seen by most people as unnecessary, unhygienic and unsightly.

Circumcision
This sight of an 'un-cut' penis may be new to you as most men have this skin removed when they are in infancy by a small painless operation called a Circumcision.

A few people believe the Foreskin is there to protect the tender tissue of the Glans and provide lubrication during intercourse. They also say a circumcision removes many nerve endings on the penis, which reduces sensitivity and sensation for the man. This may be so but what it also does is harbour disease. It it now thought that it is a major contributor to the spread of HIV. Research has shown that in Africa where men were circumcised their chances of contracting and spreading aids were significantly reduce.

Pearly Penile Papules
Our CSP is not circumcised as you can see from the photo top left. One of the main problems of having a foreskin is cleanliness and it is not something many men take too seriously.

Rings of papules around the Glans
Our CSP had problems keeping his foreskin clean and has ended up with a serious condition called 'Pearly Penile Papules'. As you can see from the images they are small wart like lumps around the rim of the Glans. They are caused by the build up urine, mucus and semen trapped behind the foreskin. Bacteria manifests itself here infecting the sebaceous glands causing swellings of oily puss to build up.

Papules close up

Cervical Cancer
Although they look dreadful, they will not poison you if they burst during oral sex. It is possible it may leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth, but the real danger is when the papules leak during intercourse. It is now recognised as a major contributor to virginal infections and even cervical cancer.

Conclusion
If your partner has a penis that looks like this, never have sex with him without a condom. Get him to clean his penis regularly at least once a week. You can get ointment in your local chemist for treating 'Pearly Penile Papules'. Bazuka is very good and should see his unsightly spots disappear in a matter of weeks. Finally insist he gets that ugly foreskin removed. Don't worry a partial Penectomy is not normally carried out unless of course things go wrong.
