I agree to pay Lisa Brinkman the sum of $18.00 per day for the first child present at Lisa's Home Daycare, and $16.00 per day for each subsequent child of the same family.

I agree to pay for the week in full each Friday upon the pickup of my child(ren).

I understand that for each day my child(ren) may be absent from Lisa’s Home Daycare, no payment will be required for that day.
