Lisa's Home Daycare

HI, My name is Lisa and I run Home Based Childcare in Piqua, Ohio.

I am a graduate of Edison State College with a major in business and I also have a background in law. I am the mother of four, which is my most important qualification for being with your child every day! My children are: Kristina, 16 - Kyle, 13 - Kolton, 9 and Kenzie, 6. Also, I am the soon-to-be step mom to Dylan, 8 and Allyssa, 6.

I have completed courses in Basic Wound Administration and CPR. I continue my education by regularly attending workshops sponsored by Child Care Choices. I am licensed by the state of Ohio and certified through Child Care Choices.

Little children come to me for hugs and books and such.
I care for all their special needs and also fix them lunch.
I pick up toys, mop up spills, and often dry their tears.
I change their diapers, settle fights and kiss away their fears.
I tie their shoes, button coats and push them on the swing.
I really love these kids, you see, but there is just one thing.
Call me Mom or Aunt or Teacher or other names that fit,
But please don't call me "sitter," because I never get to sit!
