If you see a pop up on your right you can close it by hitting the grey tab
All blinkies are on a transparent background.
They are great for e-mails, webpages, or even as a desktop calendar too.
To save the blinkie Right Click and choose save as to save to your computer.
To save the blinkie and use it on your desktop do the following
Right Click on your desktop and choose Properties
Then click Desktop and Customize Desktop
Click on the Web button and choose New
Now choose Browse and find the folder where you saved the blinkie
Once you see it on your list click the box next to it and choose OK
On your desktop you will now see your blinkie
When you move your mouse over the blinkie you can move it to where you want it on your
desktop and even re size it.
Once you've got it where you want it click anywhere else on your desktop and the
pale border will go away.
