Imperial Dust

Imperial Dust 7-19-96
Turn the lights off, scream some more
empty deephearted souls, coffins of rock
cook your friends up on a platter
Charcoaled fingers, painted wires
dusty hair, she's still there
Maybe I'll ask her to dance
The moon is burning the sun to shreads
cotton kites hanging all the children
Sounds pretty stupid, maybe he's wasted
Drop him in a well, Love countered spell
intices her eyes, blue apples taste like your
cries
She's still drinking, Oh my God thinking
Drumming in the night, cloudless river
So she'll up snd leave him to dive in shiver
Silver threads of lace
Got a taste for a bite of you
Undead spillin', catch you smile someday
wipe away the rain, so maybe she's in pain
somemore, give her blood to drink
So I'll love you anyways, no matter what they
say she's dead
Rain catch my tears and thunder go away
Wish I could be better than I am
Who loves either way, Icicles
Black inferior open grave, maybe I like you
She'll never say, smokin' up my insides
Something hurts, ouch he hates me too
Oh well, writes a picture of a photograph
Inside she laughs, can't he see she's dying
Fall asleep to it all, counteracts the brief-
est moment, drowning in it all
Save her this time, eternal bleeding
breath stops beating, covers him with sand
purple dust, blue gentle almost white
caress the wind with your precious smile
too kool to hide, Come closer mesmerize
just a rose, he's taken all the petals
Kiss her once come undone
Unspoken sun.
