Home My Favourite Chocolate Cake

peppermint slices/cakes 1 cup sugar,1 3/4 cups flour 2 tbsp golden syrup, 1 tsp vanilla

Chocolate cakes 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk

Coconut cakes/slices 3 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 cup butter

chocolate slices Method
combine butter, golden syrup in microwave proof bowl, melt on high 40 seconds, whisk eggs, milk, baking soda and vainlla in a bowl add butter mixture, flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix on high speed for 1 min bake for approx 30 mins or until skewer comes out clean when inserted into the cake, cool on wire rack and ice.
