| Lisa is committed to keeping our schools the best in the nation. Educating our children will be her top priority. She supports smaller class sizes and better pay for teachers. At the same time, she will demand accountability. |
| FAMILY SERVICES |
| Lisa believes all Iowa families should have access to essential and affordable services, such as comprehensive medical care, nutritional programs, housing, transportation and consumer protections. |
| ENVIRONMENT |
| Lisa will help older Iowans to stay independent in their homes. She will also work to lower the price of prescription drugs so older Iowans do not have to choose between their basic needs and the medicine that is vital to their health. |
| Lisa will fight to protect the environment through tougher statewide environmental standards; greater local input on where large-scale livestock operations are located and expansion of Iowa's bottle bill. |

| Lisa supports incentives to attract new businesses and job opportunities to Central Iowa and help current small businesses expand. |
