| Caught in a whirlwind of enchanted activity, Ellyna the Weaver must save her young apprentice, Paige, and the kingdom of Armindan with her wits and psychic abilities. The plight of Ellyna to free her apprentice from the grips of the Sorcerer Narcedrin takes her and the King of Armindan and his army to a distant island where they must confront their foe. Guised as another, who only a few weeks ago lived among them in the palace, the sorcerer works to overthrow the king to gain control of the kingdom. | |||||||||||||||
| Elisa Weeber, in her book The Beaded Tapestry, weaves a delightful plot-driven fantasy that oozes with vibrant characters. Her imaginative plot incorporates a weaver and fortuneteller who foretells of events that she weaves within her tapestries. Although Ellyna is a formidable heroine, her darling dragon, Plink, steals much of the spotlight with his underlining innocence as a domesticated pet, and gave some comic relief to situations that were tense and terse. | |||||||||||||||
| Between the rich embodied characters, and the unrelenting activity throughout the plot, The Beaded Tapestry could become one of the great novels in the fantasy genre of E-publishing. | |||||||||||||||
