Students now need to include an Evaluation for each book that they read. Whether completing a fiction log, or taking an Accelerated Reader test, students need to write a short paragraph explaining why they consider the book they read to be good or bad.
It is good to give your opinion, but remember to give us some details from the book to back up your thinking. If the characters were easy to relate to, give us some details! You get the idea.
Good books... 1. spark the readers interest. 2. are easy to follow. 3. have characters that we can relate to.
Bad books... 1. are dull or boring. 2. are confusing or too difficult to follow. 3. have dull characters. |
