SourCream PoundCake
2 sticks Butter 1 tsp. Baking Soda 3 cups Sugar 1 tsp. Salt 6 Eggs 3 cups Plain Flour 1 cup SourCream 1 tsp.Vanilla
Cream Butter and Sugar together until fluffy with mixer. Add Eggs one at a time,beating well after each addition. Stir in SourCream blending well. Combine Baking Soda,Salt and Flour. Add to SourCream mixture. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Beat in Vanilla. Bake at 325*F. for 1 1/2 hours in a tube pan, or 1 hour in sheet pan. Remove from oven; Let stand 10 mins. |
