Fudgy  Peanut Butter Bars

Crust:
2 Cups Plain Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Butter or Margarine 

Filling:
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 T. Plain Flour
1 Cup Chocolate Syrup
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 (3-oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened

1.) Heat oven to 350* .    
Lightly spoon sifted four into measuring cup ;
level off. In small bowl, combine all Crust ingredients using fork,
until all mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Reserve 2 cups crumbs for Topping; set aside.
Press remaining crumbs into ungreased 13 by 9- pan.
Bake at 350*  for 10 mins.
2.)Meanwhile, in a large bowl,combine all filling ingredients;
blend until smoothe. Spread carefully over partially baked crust ;
sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Return to oven.
Bake an additional 40-45 mins or until top is golden brown
and center is almost set.
Cool completely at room temperature;
store in refridgerator.
