Whole Wheat Mushroom Sauce Mix

      Yield: 1 Mix

    1/2 oz (2/3c) dried mushrooms
      1 c  Whole wheat flour
  2 1/2 c  Nonfat dry milk powder
      1 tb Salt
      1 ts Nutmeg
      2 tb Nutritional yeast

  Crush half the mushrooms. Combine with remaining
  ingredients & store airtight. Shake to
  redistribute ingredients before using.
 
  Makes 3 3/4 cups mix.
