Taco Tossed Salad  

4 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg. taco chips
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound hamburger
Tabasco sauce
salt to taste

Brown meat, add beans with liquid
and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain juice.
Layer greens, tomatoes, meat, beans,
cheese and chips. 
Dressing:
1/4 cup catsup 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsp. mustard
Blend ingredients well and pour over salad.
Toss and serve.
