Swedish MeatBalls

Swedish Meatballs  Meatballs:

   1 lb ground beef 
1/2 cup bread crumbs (dry)  
1/3 cup minced onions  
1/4 cup milk  
1 egg  
1 Tbsp parsley  
1 tsp salt  
1/8 tsp pepper  
1/2 tsp worcheshire sauce  
1/4 cup shortening
(or whatever you want to fry meatballs in)

   Sauce:  
1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce  
1 10 oz jar of grape jelly  

Mix beef, crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, worcheshire suace and form into balls. Melt shortening...or use oil, brown meatballs, pour off fat and drain meatballs. Heat chili sauce and jelly until jelly melts.  Add meatballs and stir until coated. Simmer 30 mins uncovered. ( You could also use this same sauce with those Lil Smokies sausages and that is good too...and it doesn't take as long to prepare.)
