Sourdough Bread 


Measure 1       Cup  Sourdough Starter   
  1/4      Cup  Sugar   
  1/2      Cup  Corn 0r Vegetable Oil
  1         Tablespoon  Salt
1 1/2     Cups  Warm Water
  6          Cups  Plain Flour

In a Large Bowl, MAKE A BATTER OF THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS.
  GREASE WITH OIL ANOTHER LARGE BOWL.
PUT LUMP OF DOUGH INTO AND BRUSH WITH OIL.
COVER TIGHTLY WITH FOIL,LET SET OVERNIGHT. 
NEXT MORNING , PUSH DOWN WITH FINGERS.
LET STAND  10 MINUTES.  DIVIDE INTO 3 PARTS.
  KNEAD EACH PART ON FLOURED SURFACE.
PUT INTO 3 GREASED LOAF PANS.  BRUSH WITH  OIL LIGHTLY.
  COVER WITH FOIL OR A TOWEL TO ALLOW TO RISE 5-8 HOURS.
  BAKE ON BOTTOM RACK AT 350*. FOR 30TO 35 MINUTES.
BRUSH WITH BUTTER AND REMOVE FROM PAN.
