Sourdough Starter

    3   Packages  Dry Yeast 
    1/2    Cup  Warm Water -- Mix together til yeast is dissolved

      1   Cup  Warm Water
     2/3     Cup  Sugar 
      3     Tablespoons  Instant Potato Flakes --
Mix together until Sugar and Potato Flakes are Dissolved.

Combine Yeast with Water Mixture,  and 
Let set over night , or for 12 hours. 
Then Place in Refridgerator for 3 to 5 days.

  When making Bread Follow the Sour Dough Starter
       ***********************SOUR DOUGH STARTER******************
Regular every 3-5 days; Take from Refridgerator all day,and let set out.
This does not bubble or rise.  Take out 1 cup to use to make Bread.
Return Balance of Jar to Refridgerator.  Keep Covered 3-5 days. 
Then Feed again.  If not making Bread after feeding,
throw away or give away to a friend 1 cup of Starter.
Starter must be continued every 3-5 days

3/4 cup Sugar
  3 Tablespoons Instant Potato Flakes
1 Cup Warm Water
Mix Well and add to Starter.
Let stand out of refridgerator for 12 hours, or all day.
