SourCream Muffins
1 large Egg
1 cup SourCream
1 T. Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Plain Flour
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. baking Soda
Dash of Salt
Heat oven to 350* degrees.
Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients until blended.
Fill Muffin Tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 mins.
Makes 1 Dozen Delicious Muffins!!!!
