Shrimp Canapes

Shrimp Canapes w/ Dill
(6 servings)  
18 medium shrimp, cooked,
shelled & deveined 
12 toast rounds 
butter 
mayonnaise 
12 dill sprigs 
Lemon wedges  
Freshly ground pepper  
Slice each shrimp in 1/2 lengthwise.
Butter the toast rounds & arrange
3 shrimp halves in a spiral on each round. 
Garnish the canapes, if desired, with mayonnaise
"stars" pressed from a pastry tube.
Top with dill sprigs.
Serve with lemon wedges & freshly ground pepper
