Sheepherder's Dip 1 round loaf sourdough or rye bread 10 ounce plg. frozen spinach, chopped &drained 1 cup sour cream 1 pkg. water chestnuts; drained & chopped 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
Mix all ingredients except the bread. Slice top off bread. Hollow out the bread and fill with dip mix. Place top on bread and refrigerate. Cut up the bread from the center of the loaf to serve with the dip. Serve with raw veggies, cut up bread and add other kinds of bread also if desired. This is my favorite--I could make a meal out of this (and I have.LOL!) |
