Nancy's  Potato  Soup   

   8 medium Potatoes
   1 Qt. Milk
   1 Egg
2-4 T. Milk 
  1/2 cup Flour
  1 Margarine

Boil Potatoes until tender. Drain, Add Margarine.
Add Milk and Heat almost until boiling.
Beat Egg and add  2-4  T. Milk and Flour.
Mix real well until it is like a thin paste.
Add to Potatoes. Stir well.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste
. Add Water if too thick.
