Potato Hash with Rosemary

2 large baking potatoes, diced, peel if you wish
1/4 cup chopped onion
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
salt & black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a greased nonstick skillet. Cover and cook over med-low heat for 25 minutes or until tender, stir occasionally. This will make your house smell like heaven!
