1 lb. mushrooms, sliced or whole
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 stick butter cut up
Mix together sour cream, cheese and butter. Add mushrooms and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 6.
