Mexican Dip
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta Cheese 1 lb. Sausage 1 lb.Ground Beef 1 (8oz.) can Tomato Puree 1 small can Green Chilies, (diced)
Cut Cheese in small pieces, put in slow cooker on low. Brown Sausage and Ground Beef in skillet. Crumble and drain grease well. Add to melting Cheese and add Tomatoe Puree and Green Chilies. Stir Occassionally. Takes 40 minutes for Cheese to melt. For less spicy flavor, substitute 1(10oz.)can Tomato Puree with Green Chilies.
