| MASHED POTATO STUFFING 10 c. hot mashed potatoes (about 10 potatoes) 5 c. fine dry bread crumbs 3 T. finely chopped onion 2 c. chopped celery 1 c. margarine 2 t. pepper 1 T. sage 1 T. salt 1 t. paprika 1 T. parsley Mix hot potatoes with bread crumbs. Saute onion and celery in margarine until partially cooked. Add to potatoes; mix well. Add salt, pepper, paprika, sage and parsley; season to taste. Cook at 350� (or with turkey) in covered greased casserole dish for 1 hour, or until heated through. Drizzle turkey juices or chicken broth over top while cooking. |
