MACARONI SALAD


1/2 pound salad macaroni or small shells, uncooked
1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
1 can (8-1/4 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 can (6 ounces) chunk light tuna, well drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1.  Cook macaroni according to package directions; rinse under cold water and drain well.

2.  In a medium mixing bowl, combine cooled macaroni, mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, pineapple, tuna, salt and pepper; mix well.  Adjust mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.

3.  Chill in refrigerator thoroughly before serving.  Yield:  8 to 10 servings.
