Honey Mustard Sauce


    1/4 c  Dijon mustard
      1 tb Fresh tarragon or 1teaspoon
    1/4 c  Honey
      2 tb White wine vinegar
      2 ts Olive oil
           Salt and pepper; to taste

  Combine mustard and tarragon in a medium, non reative bowl, mix well.
  Add salt and pepper to taste.
