Herbed Popover Mix with Recipe

      Yield: 1 Servings

-------MIX-MAKES ONE PK-----------
      2 c  Flour
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Thyme
    1/4 ts Crumbled sage

--------POPOVERS---------------
      8 tb Butter
      1 pk Mix
      2 c  Milk
      6    Eggs

  Mix:
 
  Combine and store in an airtight container.
 
  Herbed Popovers:
 
  Preheat oven to 400F and place 1 tb butter in each
  of 8 custard cups or popover molds. Place in oven
  to melt the butter. In a large bowl, combine mix,
  milk and eggs and stir with awire whisk until
  smooth. Pour into the prepared cups until 2/3
  full. Return to oven and bake for 40 minutes or
  until golden brown.
 
  Eight popovers.
