Ham Cheese Cake 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup Half 'n Half 1 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground red pepper 24 ounces cream cheese, softened 4 eggs 8 ounces cooked, smoked ham, chopped fine 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese Pimento, Parsley, Sliced Olives Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over bottom and side of greased 9" springform pan; combine Half 'n Half, seasonings, cream cheese and eggs in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed 5 minutes or until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Spread over bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour until set. Cool. Refrigerate, covered for up to 48 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours. Remove side of pan and place on serving tray. Granish with pimentos, parsley and olives. Serves 50 |
