Goulash 

1 pound ground round
1 can diced stewed tomatoes
1 can tomatoe sauce
1/2 t oregano
1/2 C chopped onion
1/4 C chopped bell pepper
1 clove chopped garlic
salt and pepper
1 C elbow macaroni
grated cheese

Brown hamburger with onion and pepper; drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.
Cook macaroni, drain and add to hamburger mixture.
Heat through.
If it isn't wet enough add more tomatoe sauce.
Top with cheese and serve.
