German-Chocolate Dump Cake
Box German Chocolate cake mix 1 cup chopped pecan 1 cup shredded coconut 1 stick butter or margarine 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese 1 box (16oz.) powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Mix up cake batter according to directions on box. Spread pecans and coconut on bottom of pan. Pour mixed cake batter over pecans and coconut. Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave, just until softened. Stir cream cheese and butter (will be a little runny). Add powdered sugar to cream cheese mixture and stir. Pour this mixture on top of cake batter. GENTLY swirl mixtures together with knife. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Let cool. DELICIOUS!! |
