French Baguette Mix

      Yield: 1 Servings

------MIX-MAKES ONE PK-----------
      4 c  Bread flour
    1/2 c  Whole wheat flour
      3 pk Yeast
           Pinch sugar
  1 1/2 ts Salt

---BAGUETTES-TWO LOAVES---------
      1 pk Mix
  1 1/2 c  Warm water

  Mix:
 
  Combine well and store in an airtight container.
 
  French Baguettes:
 
  Combine mix and water. Turn out onto lightly
  floured surface and knead 5-8 minutes. Let rise
  until doubled. Cut in half and form into 2 long
  narrow loaves. Place on cookie sheets lined with
  aluminum foil. Make several slashes lengthwise
  along the bread. Allow the bread to rise another
  hour. Bake at 350F. 25-30 minutes.
