Fantasy Fudge


     3/4  cup           {1 1/2 sticks}  butter or margarine
   3      cups          sugar
     2/3  cup           evaporated milk
   1      12 oz. pkg.   Baker's� Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Chips
   1      7 oz. jar     Kraft� Marshmallow Creme
   1      cup           chopped walnuts or pecans
   1      teaspoon      vanilla extract

1. In a 4-quart bowl or casserole, microwave the butter or margarine on HIGH
for 1 minute or until melted. Add the sugar and milk. Mix well.
2. Microwave 5 minutes or until the mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3
minutes. Mix well and scrape the bowl. Continue microwaving 5 1/2 minutes.
Stir after 3 minutes.
3. Gradually stir in the chips until melted. Add the remaining ingredients and
mix well.
4. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch square or 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
5. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.

Makes about 3 pounds fudge.
